now they don't reply you through email, all taken over by AI chat that takes days to reply. isn't chat is reply asap but it takes 2 to 3 days to reply. We have many missing parcels that is not added into the account, manual adding it error with duplicated. ask their chat take 3 days to reply.

My review used to be 5 stars when I first started using Delivered Korea two years ago, but their service quality has sharply declined. When I need help, responses are now extremely slow — my last inquiry went unanswered for a MONTH, and I had to contact their social media page to get attention. There was no acknowledgment of the delay, nor any real assistance with my problem. While I understand that some policies limit what can be done, they make no effort to help find a solution. Additionally, the “We Buy” service charges domestic shipping on each item separately, because you can’t purchase multiple items from a website together anymore. This limits the gift merch I can get for certain purchase amounts on websites like Mofun.

The positives- good shipping costs, good packaging, fast shipping, multiple payment options, fast turnaround for we buy.

Edit- downgraded my review to the lowest now, another poor customer service experience. It just affirmed what I previously stated—they do not know how to communicate well with customers nor efforts to help with solutions.

I was weary to use a new service, but everything went very smoothly and my items arrived safely in a reasonable time. I already plan to use it again soon! Would recommend for items that are not available locally.

I have been using Delivered Korea as a forwarding service since a couple of years ago. My experience was great so far, they are always helpful when there was any misunderstanding, so I really appreciate that. I also had a great experience using their Bunjang service. I highly recommend them!

The site has gotten harder to use over time, and I've had issues receiving refunds from cancelled Bunjang orders. I really only use when they have no handling fee promotions on Bunjang.

I've used DeliveredKorea for about 3 years now. It is an amazing and easy service that allows me to purchase Korean goods and save a lot of shipping with the consolidation service.

Delivered Korea is a reputable website that you can use to buy your albums , merch and beauty products directly from Korea and shipped to you. Note that if you use the 'We Buy' option (ie DK makes the purchase on your behalf) that it does incur additional costs. You'll notice this when you submit a 'We Buy' request and you will receive a quote that you can choose to accept or cancel. Keep in mind that the daily exchange rate can change and it might not be what you see on Google (which is a bit more generous). Personally, I don't mind paying higher fees because the things I wanted were hard to find elsewhere and I didn't want to run the risk of using a different proxy.

There is an option where you are able to buy an item yourself and then just send it to the DK warehouse. I haven't tried this option so I can't comment.

I also was super concerned this was a scam when I paid for an item and it was out of stock. It was refunded back to my paypal after DK confirmed with the seller it was out of stock.

I'm almost at 62 packages shipped to me and never had any issues. Fast shipping and well packed. Hope it will continue like this.

I have been using Delivered Korea for several years. They do a great job and services include storing, consolidating and helping to purchase items for you. I would recommend them without reservation.

Customer service reps have been very helpful and responsive to all my queries. The free and extended storage periods are very useful, especially in combination with the package consolidation service to keep shipping fees to a minimum. Would definitely recommend!

I've been using Delivered Korea since 2022 and I cannot fault their excellent service. I'm an international user so I purchase a lot of albums from South Korea. I feel reassured that my items are kept safe in my own suite until I am able to have them shipped out and they always arrive on time and in perfect condition.

I find their consolidation option and shipping prices very reasonable compared to other proxy's which is why I always recommend them to people looking for a reliable service.

Their staff are lovely and are always on hand if you ever need an issue dealing with promptly.
