I am actually taking the time to make this review based on the experience I had earlier today while using the chat option of Delivered Korea, however I have also used the service in the past for orders from Korea to Greece.

Regarding the chat, I was surprised because unlike other companies which may have bots, with DK you also have the option to talk to a real agent and even if at times there’s no availability in real time, you receive an answer shortly after via email.

The response time has always been fast enough for regular emails as well (comparing to the official timeframe it’s usually faster).

What I liked the most though is that their way of replying always feels personal, like it’s customized based on the actual customer and the issue at the moment and it’s not just a generic response for the entire reply!

The customer service team also offers alternatives if needed, for example my order was canceled because of the seller and they managed to find another cheap listing for me to get the product!

Other than that, the repack service has always been amazing as it reduces the shipping cost as much as possible and shipping is super fast as well, like next working day most of the time.

Excellent service. I've been using it for 2 years now. Shipping prices are very cheap and they have so many services. I love to be able to consolidate my purchases. It's very easy to keep track on my packages and also the service is very fast. Even with the cheaper delivery option, my packages arrive within a week, and always in perfect conditions.

I've used several other Korean warehouses before but I keep coming back to Delivered Korea. Their shipping costs is a little lower compared to others and their additional packing services are reasonably priced. Would recommend to those hosting Kpop group orders!

I have used their service for around 2 years already, the prices are great knowing they do a great job making sure everything arrives fine and as quick as possible. You can also buy in bunjang with their help and if something goes wrong they will always help. I am really happy with their help. The only issue is with the tim of response from CS, they are kind and do their best to help but it takes around 2 days but be sure they will do the best to help!

Delivered Korea is what I use for my k-addy proxy. They provide reliable storage and shipping services! I like the variety of shipping company options too (FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc.). One of my favorite features is the consolidation option where they can combine multiple shipments into a single package to ship (which always comes out to be cheaper than having each package shipped separately). They only hold your packages for a certain window of time unless you pay more to hold them for longer. Give Delivered Korea a try for your k-address proxy needs! :)

The service is easy to use and there's always some sort of promotion going on which is nice. I have bought many items via Delivered Korea and have had many packages already safely mailed to me. Delivered Korea is a great first time proxy. I was pretty hesitant on using a proxy as it seems too difficult over just inputting my own address and paying more.
