The order was incomplete, it arrived damaged and was delivered to the wrong address.
Delli was quick to rectify this and the missing items arrived speedily afterwards

I love Delli! It stocks so many great products from exciting indie makers and producers from a variety of heritages. Lots to choose from and there's always something new to discover.

I placed an order as a birthday gift for a friend. The order was sent to the friend , with one of the items being out of stock and another arriving open, with the contents spilling over the rest of the produce. I contacted the support team explaining the situation and my frustrations, given that this was purchased as a gift. They responded straight away and were quick to rectify the issue. They refunded me out of stock item and also sent out the order again, at no extra cost. Even though the above was not ideal, i was pleased at how quickly and efficiently they rectified the issue, hence the 5 stars.

I note the mixed experiences of other shoppers but my personal experience was faultless with none of the described issues. I made a fairly large order of just under £100, it was dispatched within two days and I received it shortly afterwards via the free delivery. All items were present and everything I've tried so far has been delicious.

They stock a wide variety of interesting/unique items which are difficult to find elsewhere and the prices are fair (well, as in on par with what you would pay elsewhere). I would recommend DELLI.

Blue Plaque above your Erdington High Street shop - while accepting that this plaque is offered no legal protection whatsoever under the law, I think that following the very recent death of local Birmingham legend, Ozzy Osbourne, whose band Black Sabbath played at the club referred to by the plaque, it would gain you a whole lot of love & respect, if you removed the current paint obscuring the plaque, and restored it to its full bright blue glory. Thanks in hopeful anticipation x

Always had great products and customer service from Delli. I did have a parcel of bagels from Papo’s which went walkies with EVRI but Delli were so helpful and compensated me for the inconvenience. The bagels did eventually turn up just 4 days out of date!! The products are really good quality and usually arrive within the given time frame! Delish! Thanks Delli
