Great product selection but horrible delivery and service. Delivery partners are unreliable and take way longer than expected. I would rather buy directly from the store than trust DELLI.

Have ordered twice now, and everytime the deliveries have been very prompt, very well packaged and off course tasty.

these guys are great. Love their selection and collaborations with great brands. I had an issue with a delivery which wasn't their fault but they sorted me quickly after I contacted them, really appreciate it.

I ordered a box of mixed items based on the reviews and also some olive oil that I’d seen promoted on a cooking show. The box of mixed items arrived beautifully packaged but the olive oil was missing. I contacted the customer services team and the issue was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. That’s why I’d give 5 stars and also because I thinks it’s important to support small businesses and DELLI have such a variety of unique and tempting products it’s hard not to give them praise!
