Very good with their tariffs but they…

Very good with their tariffs but they are economical with dates, Moved into property with no gas meter, informed them and they sorted a deal out and said supply would be live in 4 working days,so thought brilliant so signed up. once i signed up i asked when meter was going to be instaled they said 6-8 weeks, when i said i asked how long and you said 4 working days they replied thats to take over the supply then once suppply in on they can then apply for a meter to be installed so not to be trusted with the installation / supply dates.

DGP Energy Team is really helpful and Owais the representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He communicated in a calm, slow, and clear manner, making it easy to understand. Thanks to his assistance, I was able to resolve my issues, leaving me feeling relieved and satisfied with the support I received.
