Very slow to process orders and then they use a 4th party carrier not fedex, ups or usps and it takes forever (two weeks) to get product from NY to Michigan. I can order from China and it would get to me faster crossing the pond. Their customer service plays dumb the entire time. They have unique juice that I need but their customer service is disgusting

1 day after ordering, sent an email. Reply said "is already shipped" and that's it.
Day 2 sent another and a contact form.
Day 4, sent another embark and got a phone number to call.
Day 7, called and was told I should have tracking. Was given a link that shows it never left the building. 30 minutes later it gets sent to the shipping carrier.
Day 8, link shows "missing description" error on the shipment. Sent an email and left a voicemail. Left a 1 star review.
Day 10, get email reply saying they sent a message to the carrier and an apology. Updated to 3stars. No offer of discount or credit for the failures but at least I'm getting late replies now.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Our order is way over 2 weeks late, they keep saying it’s shipped out and when we ask about it “they’re packing it now” or “just printed the slip” they offered us their version of compensation but wanted to charge us an extra $300 for it! We don’t plan on ordering from them again and you shouldn’t either unless you want to be extremely disappointed.

They never have what you need

Their website is made to be as unhelpful as humanly possible. You want a specific product? Searching for it is impossible, good luck because these kids don't know how to manage a website. They never have anything in stock and it feels like they are in a perpetual state of going out of business that just gets worse and worse and it's frankly hard to believe they even exist and DV isn't an abandoned warehouse. Your orders? Good luck getting a single one that isn't messed up somehow let alone in a timely fashion, they've been delayed since June of last year and frankly I'm tired of caring about and suffering for their problems. Fix your business or shut it down. Stock your products for the love of god what is wrong with you? How can you tout that you have more options than your competitors when you clearly don't because you don't order anything you sell.

They are very slow. My order took 5 days to be shipped.

We used to be client with demand , ah smoke and vape and Three kings smoke and vape , however I was trying to do an order now and they decided that WE ARE NOT TAKING NEW CLIENTS , when I asked the rep his name is David, that how am I consider to be a new client if I made tons of orders from you? Long story short the guy sound that he is not interested to let us BUY FROM THEM. yes we will be taking our business somewhere else.

Demand constantly screws up orders! I will see how this next one goes. But I wont hold my breath
