Excellent first impression of Denmans.

This was the first time that I had used Denmans. We did click and collect and upon my arrival, found them to be very friendly. Will definitely use them again.

However on occasions some items may not be available from a single location & are then taken from other branches that have the stock & are sent out as individual items.
I appreciate this is not ideal for the customer.
Without the CO: order ref: (begins 000) or your a/c no. I can only assume this is the case.

Poor Website, Good staff

The website is below poor, no amount of feedback seems to change this. More and more I shop at other outlets because I can't find what I want on the website.

The staff at the local branch are excellent and always give good and friendly service, although staff turnover is high.

on my 1st encounter found MFT…

on my 1st encounter found MFT calibration morning advert at the trade counter...my Megga now has shiny new certificate without sending it away..
also helpfull staff definatly recomend and will be using more in the future.
