Great so far
An emergency happened just as I started to deal with dental law which meant I couldn't provide info to agreed timescales. They waited patiently for me to submit the info and contacted me for answers to questions I missed. Each step has been clearly explained.

I received excellent customer service…
I received excellent customer service skills and support, with the representative demonstrating patience and understanding whilst I told her about my dilemma with my current dental practice and two of their dental professionals whilst undergoing a root canal procedure.
I would highly recommend this service, they are very prompt when starting the initial first stage, informing me about the process of whether I could take a claim forward. I made an initial phone call this morning and received a telephone call back this afternoon. Excellent. I would highly recommend.

Quality dental service help
Spoke to a lovely lady today, who was very thorough with her questions about the dental incident. She was most competent, patient and very thorough. The dental claim was accepted when I only rang for advice and pointed in the right direction. Highly recommend their thoroughness and extremely helpful in this difficult situation. Many thanks to them .
Very concerned regarding my health, mental health and anxiety/stress over this very sensitive dental situation. Very compassionate. We pay all this money for dental care and have a complete unnecessary situation which the orthodontist refused to acknowledge and wanted to brush under the carpet. Many thanks to Nikki and her patience today.

I was left completely devastated after spending a large amount of money on dental work that turned out to be a complete disaster leading to all kinds of complications,I contacted Dental law partnership and they were amazing from the start,they put my mind at ease and went above and beyond to get me the right treatment,Amanda was so caring and supportive throughout these troubling times,she was extremely professional,I would highly recommend these guys 100% …thank you so much guys you truly are amazing

Such a caring and responsive associate
This has been a stressful time for me regarding how vulnerable I feel currently with all the problems with my dental implants.
Jaine was so good! She was responsive and caring but also totally professional in her comments to me. She promised nothing but made me aware that the Partnership would act in my best interests. I could feel my stress levels reducing as we spoke.
She is a real asset to your Law Firm.
