I'm very grateful to senior solicitor Nick Hampson for his work. Obviously taking legal action after being the victim of negligence or malpractice is both daunting and stressful, but the entire process was made much easier by his clarity and professionalism. I was kept up to date at every step and in an accessible and easy to understand way. I felt confident that I was receiving good advice which really reassured me.
