I love deodap product very affordable

i ordered 3 product but i received one product defect. already i paid online amount.
after received product i shocked i am very disappointed, i called deodap support team but not received.
trust is most imp .

Loved all the products.
Just plz do deliver good quality clothing item otherwise it's great 😃

Nice Experience and the product are too good

I paid for fast delivery and they just assigned to a flat delivery through DTDC and when I reached to customer care they are not even replying properly. this feels totally unfair. There policy also says that for fast delivery it will take 4-6 days and customer care told me that I will receive it in 6-7 days as per there policy this is normal or flat shipping this feels totally misleading customer to pay for fast delivery and doesn't give the service. People won't notice this as they are using DTDC as a cover

Fraud company , delivered wrong product and after complained no refund and no return policy , full waist of time and money if you purchased item from deodap. Please don't waist your money to buy any product from this fraud company

Poor delivery system. Order undelivered. No telephonic support.No COD. Hi risk to loose your money.

I have ordered some articles as return gift for my daughters birthday and after 10 days of order placement still tracking was showing delayed on delivery and then retrun to origin without any prior information so i visited the courier company where the parcel has arrived they said company itself asked for rto so we cant deliver it to you. They dont offer cash on delivery so my money was also got stuck. You cant even talk to their customer care you can only register your complain they will call you and for email they give you repeated replies. So its a fraud stay away

Prettiest and premium products at deodap, loved the quality of all products be it LED Candles or LED Desk Lamp everything is just perfect.

I ordered cashews from deodap and I'm amazed with the quality and size of nuts also the packaging was so impressive, safely packed in the bubble wrap.
Prices were very affordable and quality was so amazing

Very Bad Experience with Deodap!

I ordered my product 15 days ago, but till today I have not received anything. Every time they message “Out for delivery”, but the parcel never comes.
There is zero customer support — no proper reply, no explanation, nothing!

When I collaborated with them earlier, the parcel reached me in just 3 days, but for a normal customer order, they don’t even bother to deliver.
This delay is too much and honestly very disappointing.

I would not recommend Deodap at all.
Customer service is very poor, and delivery is extremely slow.
