Very Bad Experience with Deodap!

I ordered my product 15 days ago, but till today I have not received anything. Every time they message “Out for delivery”, but the parcel never comes.
There is zero customer support — no proper reply, no explanation, nothing!

When I collaborated with them earlier, the parcel reached me in just 3 days, but for a normal customer order, they don’t even bother to deliver.
This delay is too much and honestly very disappointing.

I would not recommend Deodap at all.
Customer service is very poor, and delivery is extremely slow.

Deodap is a very useful platform cause every item is useful and the cost is less to compared to purchasing outside shopping in deodap is good and the product quality is amazing worth to purchase their are many more collections in deodap I'm going to purchase again and I wish everyone can purchase through deodap for best quality

This is a fraud business. The website will show you the item which looks perfect and then when u buy it and it comes home… you are shocked! As I was when I thought I bought a robo vacuum! One would have obviously assumed it would be a robo vacuum and not a toy! Which is what I received! A battery operated toy! And now they won’t refund. And when. I make comments on their Instagram they have blocked me. So please.. don’t buy anything From them they r a fraud business once money is taken it’s gone!

Ordered for Rs.2600 products they sent only Rs.500 worth products ,no proper response or not having any intention to rectify their mistake, 💯% cheaters

Everything I got has best quality. I haven't expected to have have such good products at such affordable price 😁. Also I got the it in a very good packaging and on time delivery. You can shop for best products at very affordable price 😉.

Worst response ,AS MY PRODUCT AS DAMAGE AND NOT IN GOOD CONDITION.
I COMPLAINED,SENT PHOTOS AND VIDEOS AND DID AS PER THEY SAID ,BUT VERY POOR RESPONSE AS I SAID THEM TO RECEIVE THEIR PRODUCT AND REFUND MY MONEY,THEY ARE ALWAYS SAYING TO WAIT, HOW MUCH DAYS THEY WILL DO THE SAME,IF THIS CONTINUE I WILL SAY EVERYONE NOT TO BUY IN DEODAP

DEODAP totally pathetic Customer Service. They send faulty damaged product and no option to contact them and resolve the issue. They really dont care for the customer nor they check the product quality before delivery. WORST COMPANY TO SHOP ONLINE. better go for brands like Meesho, Flipkart etc. atleast they respond and have options for replacement. if Deodap works in this manner then it will not be able to survive in market as they are breaking customer's trust.

I have ordered the products two times but every time one product was missing. No care about dispatch of the products, the communication from only one side. So be careful while ordering from deodap.

You cannot exchange or return the damaged product
No one will talk to you except AI.
If you give rating to one of a product, you can't see it publicly.
Basically rating is fake.
Cheap quality products.
High rated taxes.

You get what you pay for, they even send wrong item and don't accept because you didn't record video. I ordered 100Rs item and received 20Rs item, now as i didn't do unboxing video they rejected that. It was return in their policy but who ask that, anyways my response was pretty bad due to the service. Its legit but quality of some product is cheap, i did had few good experiance with 50% products i order.

Deodap is not reliable / Trustworthy : They can dispatch any item Without checking the Ordered ite
I Ordered for "Metal Shower Shelf, Shower Shelf without Drilling (2 Pc) "
They Dispatched Gas Burner Cover : immediately I reported to Deodap to take back "Gas Burner Cover" and Dispatch "Metal Shower Shelf"
Inspite of Fiving Proofs and Thousands of Messages/ Email To Deodap : They are forcing me to take "Gas Burner Cover" which is of no use to me

Deodap has taken almost One Week time and Unable to Resolve / Overcome Wrong Dispatch made by your Dispatch Team : You need to Dispatch the items as per placed Order and NOT as per Your Wish that too of Lower Value

I have placed order on 12th October 2025,
However till date I haven't received the order nor any update of late delivery.

Facing terrible services. There is no option to cancel the order. Not even able to get the refund amount which I have paid fully.

Scam-like experience: Paid ₹11,000, got nothing useful.

Products shown on site can’t be dropshipped, updates delayed 40+ days, refunds denied.

Be careful before trusting this company

Past three days I am constantly receiving message and code that the products would be delivered but end of the day message states not delivered and would try next day. Payment is made in full...wonder if it is reliable and products would be delivered. Price may be low of products but delivery and customer service is really bad. They must work on it to sustain customers. At present I feel I have been cheated as each day message comes saying products would be delivered and well ends with delivery not done.

Such a cute diiyas i got from dedap at affordable cost it’s so beautiful loved the package as well.
