It's very cheap and it certainly works…

It's very cheap and it certainly works but the main problem is they are down a lot, which means you have to go back and start you bot when they do. I don't have much problem with them having maintenance, but at least restart my bot automatically.

Was great, now poor

They were seriously great for a while; I've had a Baseline MC server for about 6 months. As with most recent reviews, they've had loads of uptime issues recently and have now basically "blacked out" their Discord, meaning nobody can message for support, or open tickets.

They say open tickets on the website, which would be fine! ... If their website wasn't down for the past 2-3 days, at least for me. I haven't been able to reach my server panel for the same amount of time; I'm glad I got my cancellation request in, and downloaded my server data before I was unable to access anything. I don't even know if my "request" will be granted... Thankfully, there's still 2 weeks before there's my new payment cycle, but I honestly doubt they'll be able to fix their uptime and communication issues in that time. If I'm billed, I won't pay a cent since I think 3 weeks for a request is more than enough.

Before this, the hardware was REALLY good for the price, consistent 20 TPS unless I added a plugin that was too dirty/badly coded, which is of course my fault. Opening tickets via Discord I got quick, friendly replies and they want above and beyond.

It's a shame to see the company reviews go from 4-5* to 3*, and my own to 2*. I really hope they pick up again soon; I have nothing against the people in the company really, it's just the decisions made RE Discord and sudden drop in quality of service that has caused me to write this review.

Final Edit: Sad to see they've completely shut shop, and even more saddened to read about issues Rihan refused to rectify. I hope everybody can find good replacement services.

Definetly not satisfied!

The available products are good, performance aswell. The panel is pretty good aswell!

However, my discord bot is now offline again! I purchased the small discord bot hosting on Sunday, August 18th, 2019. I uploaded the files and it all worked well. After some days the whole site went down, with it my bot.

After some days it was all up again, started the bot and it was all fine. Today I checked how the bot was doing, and it was down again. The website works, but the panel gives an error message and the bot is down.

First time, okay, but the second time?? Thats too much. The bot does important logging on our discord server, we can not afford so much downtime!

Also it was not even announced, website? twitter? discord? Not a single message or explanation..

Not recommended under these circumstances!

Servers go down often

Servers go down often, and customer support is non existent, they prefer to just ignore people until they go away.
If they know there's a server problem they have a habit of removing your ability to contact them.

When the server works, its a pretty simple easy solution.

Would not recommend until they fix their support.

And they're somehow a legit company...

The price to performance ratio is pretty good, if you don't consider their unbearable downtimes and lack of support.

If you're lucky to even get support, they will most likely be quite unprofessional and indirectly insult you, happened to me too many times.

Takes them 12 hours to even put out an announcement that a service is down, not counting in the time it takes them to fix the issue.

The host is lead by 3 teenagers who probably started this as a "small project" and it has outgrown what it was intended to be.

Seriously, I'd rather use Contabo...

I would seriously recommend SecureSRV.io, they have nearly the same prices but their support is not insulting you.

Started off great, Got a lot worse quickly

Started off great, however the last 4 days our website along with pretty much everyone elses has been down for at least 75% of this time, there has been communication from Deploys about the issues apart from on the first day when they said they had issues then again a few hours later they were fixed, however it was not.

There discord is primarily used for support and communication however due to these issues they have locked all channels and take hours sometimes even days to reply to tickets on their website.

A lot of downtimes and bad support.

A lot of downtimes and no longer offer any discord support which I don’t see why not? I pm the staff but all tell me to make a ticket even for just the smallest of things, haven’t had anything but a terrible experience.

I do NOT recommend this service.

Huge downtimes without an actual GOOD explanation, tickets are a hit or miss with some people having ~4 days (which is still a lot) and some people having going for weeks without a reply.

Whenever they experience problems they shut down their OFFICIAL support discord to *stop repetition of messages.* which is NOT how you handle things. and their 'updates' are hardly anything informative.

Poor Support and Experience

Would stay away from this host until things are changed.

To deploys:
- I recommend prioritizing the tickets a bit more. 1-2 days for a couple lines of response isn't really understandable.
- Inform users of downtime statuses and your actions. Make announcements to let your clients know whats happening.
- Switch from Accelerated (heard this is already a WIP)

Kicked after asking for compensation due to 24h downtime

Don't use deploys.io. They are unreliable and kicked me because they considered something I said to be disrespectful when indeed it was not. After waiting for nearly 10 hours while the management ignored every compensation request they finally told me I'd get compensation then kicked me about 5 seconds later.

I'd highly reccomend finding any other provider if you wish to get proper support and decent uptime.

However I have spoken in a calm manner to Tim who was able to help resolve the situation and inform clients about what they are doing to prevent it from happening again. While I see they are trying to do better, this was still 100% unacceptable and untll they do something concrete to fix and resolve the issue (as miscommunication on their end has been an issue for 6+ months according to many clients) I still suggest finding another provider to spend your money at if possible.

Edit : Changed to 1 star as he's not fixing the issues, making things worse. Most of the major staff have quit and exposed the bad security and bad practices. Clients are claiming that the owner is giving them free resources for good reviews. Nothing's gotten better, everything's gotten worse.

Nothing but negative experiences

Web hosting is slow, support is basically non-existent. I recently cancelled my service after having nearly 24 hours of downtime. I cannot recommend this company for any reason.

Web hosting is unreliable and support is terrible

Web hosting has been experiencing massive issues lately and is currently completely unreachable. After it coming back up today, after nearly 24 hours of downtime, it went back down 2-3 hours later. A statement from the management is yet to bee seen.

Due to them not knowing how to handle the situation and angry customers, they've had to completely restrict users from sending messages in their general and support channels on Discord - where support is primarily offered. Both management and support staff have gone completely silent while this is occurring.

I have gone ahead and updated my review to a 2-star one, after receiving some information and clarification from one of the management staff.

Hosting provider to avoid.

Quality is present on VPS and Minecraft servers. However, the support is no longer quality and we quickly realize that the management team does not do anything except fill our pockets with our money.
I asked for a refund for a VPS running much less than 24 hours after delivery, they asked me my email, I responded immediately. I relaunched them several days later because I had no news, and almost two weeks after my request, they told me they only made refunds within 24 hours. L.M.A.O

This company is a joke, avoid it at all costs.
