The original estimated delivery date for your order was the 7th of March, this will be showing on the original confirmation email that was sent after the order was placed. The order was delivered on the 2nd of March which was before the estimated date.

I paid for guaranteed next day…
I paid for guaranteed next day delivery, £9.99. Only to be told that oh they are being posted out on that day not delivered. I am ill (progressive illness) and these were a present for myself. I'm extremely upset by this. Customer service were useless. I sent screen shots and they didn't even comment on them. Never buying from them again. don't pay for next day, save your money. I couldn't put 0 stars.

Great experience with Derby House. Ordered my item on Saturday and the team had picked, packed and ordered collection by Royalmail within a couple of hours. The item was dispatched the same day, with free p&p. Well my parcel arrived today (Tues). double boxed and arriving in great condition. The price I paid for my item was extremely competitive and added to the fact I got free delivery and such a fast response to my order i don't think I would have been able to get better service anywhere else.
