Ordered Contractubex scar gel and received one expiring August 2026 — only a few months’ shelf life.

This is meant to be used over several months, so I won’t even be able to use the full product before it expires.

Customer service said it’s “within expiry” and refused to help. Just because something meets regulations doesn’t make it morally right or fair to customers.

After checking reviews, this seems to be a common issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Bought some concealer to cover up bruise haven't used it yet cost me £10 and it's the smallest tube ever not worth even £3 disgusting and website doesn't give you information on tube size if it did I wouldn't of wasted my money

Once again, my order arrived promptly and in excellent condition. I purchased a scar reduction cream, which turned out to be truly impressive. The shop is trustworthy and professional – highly recommended!

The website is poorly made.
I needed 3 items.
They charged me for 9 items.
I immediately sent them an email and described the situation.
I asked them to send me only 3 items.
I received a parcel 03/09/2025, only after 2 weeks.
They sent me 9 pencils with a sharpener.
I sent back a parcel with 6 items back 03/09/2025.
Now they tell me (Martha in customer service) that they never received it and still no refund.
Laizy liars.
Avoid this company please.

Appalling experience- my order was never received, when I chased it via Dermocosmetics customer service I was sent a photo they had received from Yodel of my parcel posted through someone else’s door. When I explained that was not my front door in the photo I was told by Martha in customer service that I must live in the building where it was delivered as the gps coordinates match and despite repeated requests for the order to be resent or refunded I have been ignored.

You pay £3.95 for a basic Royal Mail delivery service when they provide tracking its a long number. This is not a tracked service and they are profitering from it. Very expesnive for the most basic of Royal Mails delivery service and I shall not be using them again!

I wanted to add a review as I do with other shops and here are only a few reviews - all negative and unconfirmed by the shop... Is doing a positive review passé? My review is very positive, the cosmetics I bought were delivered after 2 days, all perfect and well packaged. I am very satisfied with the products and the way my order was processed. I will definitely come back for new ones when I run out.

If I could give them no stars I would! Ordered a make up foundation and they sent me a scar cream! Not only are they total different products but it's a scar cream that I have never heard of. Contacted them and they sent me a returns label, all completed and posted. It's now over a month and still not refund!! Now they tell me they never recieved it and to check with royal mail. That would be great but I have no reference because they provided a return label without one!!!!
Do not use this company!!!

Sent an item expiring within days of delivery and now ignoring me. Total disgrace you should be shut down.

Bought a scar-covering product that arrived with just a one month shelf life. Repeatedly contacted them to ask why the product has an expiry date of just 12/2022 but they are ignoring my communications

I bought an expensive scar treating cream from them after my cosmetic surgery, I paid delivery charge but later they write me they don't have it on stock and they can dispatch after around five days. Asked for next day delivery so I can have it asp and they respond that I can cancel if I want.
