Fraudsters, Do not use this company!Company emailed me with the collection…

Company emailed me with the collection date but went to junk. I failed to collect the picture on time so the post office sent the picture back to the company. When I contacted the company they said because I failed to collect the picture, they had the right to keep my money and not send me the picture. Do not use this company. They are fraudsters!

Poor quality and terrible returns policy

Do not order from this company. The quality of the paper is appalling and creases as you would expect for flimsy paper. They do not use good quality card like other companies.
Their returns policy means you’re out of pocket if you do want to return. A fee of £9.90 plus return costs to Sweden.
Avoid.

Lost my money

Ordered a print on the 5th of May and have not received it yet. Contacted costumer service many times and I haven’t heard back from them. Basically just lost my money, no print, no refund. Very disappointed!

Lovely prints very pleased with them…

Lovely prints very pleased with them all , delivery was ok , on opening one of the frames was damaged , the box was slightly damaged. Contacted Desinio and they arranged a replacement straightaway, so very pleased with that. I would just say that the packing should be better inside the box it was quite basic really.

Fraudsters - they make money through REFUNDS

DESENIO.CO.UK and / POSTER STORE.CO.UK are same company and are absolute fraudsters.
Recently made purchase of 1 item, paid £18.00 – poster was flimsy , not even 200gsm quality, shading not at all as on their website. When I returned the item DESENIO / POSTER STORE decided to charge £9.99 – so I ended up with the refund of £9.00 , while spent £18.99.
My complaint was ignored, customer service were unprofessional and bullyish… This company is FRAUD, they clearly MAKE MONEY THROUGH REFUNDS. Poster was terrible quality, cheap and flimsy.
WARNING – do not purchase from them – you will be robbed of your money.
I will report them to Trading Standards UK – they should not be allowed to trade in UK.
Disgusted by their behaviour, cheating practices and intimidating customer service team.

Good Choice and fast Delivery

There was a really good choice of prints in the size I was looking for so it was easy to choose something. The print arrived quickly and was well packaged. Looked like it did on the website so it's now framed and on my wall.
