dark colours are quite pale
I have checked many websites which are selling posters but I loved your designs and thought that the quality is better. But I am a bit disappointed because of the print quality. Especially for darker colours it is very very pale!
I paid much more than the other companies and my expectation was a better colour quality.

It was a good shopping experience
It was a good shopping experience. However, I wished that Desenio had more choices/options in their landscapes section. Moreover, the AI guided suggestion for frames was not very interesting like the ones I found on the other website I shopped. Overall, I liked their collection in other sections, I will come back to Desenio another time to shop in future.

NEVER received my order, NO reply from customer service and NO refund
Spent over $150, NEVER received my order and have had NO replies from customer service nor any refund!! I contacted FedEx and was told Desenio never gave them the package. I even sent Desenio a message on Instagram and Facebook and got NO reply. When I tried calling the number on the website I got the response "this number does not exist"! Avoid Desenio at all costs. It seems to all be a SCAM!! I now see many people have had the same issue - customer service seems to be NONEXISTENT the moment they've got your money! I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing as this has turned into a NIGHTMARE. First and last time ordering from Desenio. I AM LIVID.

I ordered frames from Desenio. The order process was fast and easy, the items i wanted were easy to find. I received follow up messages on my order status and once my items shipped. The items were properly packaged in their container. I will definitely be using Desenio again

I had a problematic delivery
I had a problematic delivery. We as a company ordered 3X frames in size 70x100, one of them arrived with a damage in the glass. It went easy and fast to receive a replacement frame. However it was also damaged. Both times it was delivered by Budbee - which deliver only after kl 17. We bought the items as an ‘Organization’ so it should automatically give us daytime delivery. Anyway, so third time was good, the frame was without any defects. We enjoy the frames a lot! If not damaged ones and evening delivery (I had to wait after work) I would have given five stars.
