Awful buying and cancellation experience from Desenio.
Bought prints with frames in wrong size (yes, my error), repurchased in correct size almost doubling my purchase value from £63 to ~£120, then wrote an email as advised on their website terms to advise of error and cancel the incorrect smaller order (£63)
Was told cancellation was not possible as my order had already been sent from the warehouse, having made contact within just 8 hours I found that hard to believe - later to be told by a customer service rep that cancellations are never guaranteed. I now understand from experience here that cancellations are likely never issued so that they can charge their customers and retain fees...
Naturally, I refused the UPS delivery of the wrong sized frames to readily accept the correct ones when they arrived. Then had to pay a £15 "unclaimed package" fee which was deducted from my order value when I eventually weeks later got a refund. Was disgusted in addition to this receive a further charge from UPS for import fees for £17.19 for sending them back which I begrudgingly paid.
In short I've paid £32.19 for a £63 order I never wanted despite my prompt notification to cancel. Disputing any issue with customer services of course gets you no where.
Abuse of long distance selling rights?!

The printing is not top-class. The colours are not rich enough and I can see the pixels. It looks like home printed pictures.

We print our posters on 200g uncoated, premium matt paper, which we inform of on the website. The paper is also age-resistant, and we have opted for a non-reflective matte finish.
