Ordered on Saturday and needed to…
Ordered on Saturday and needed to cancel the order on next Sunday morning. Customer service said I can’t, and I need to send it back when received, blah blah.. this is the last time I ordered anything there. You have to be flexible if you want to keep a customer.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience, the products are expensive and of bad quality. I ordered a poster and a frame for more than 50 euros, the poster came separated from the frame. The frame was just a cheap looking frame which didn't even have a glass. To put the poster inside the frame, it took a lot of effort as it doesn't have glass, that at the end it damaged the poster. And obviously I wanted to return the so called frame and for that you are actually asked to cover the costs of sending. Absolutely I don't recommend for anyone to buy from the company.

We’re sorry you feel that way. We print our posters on 200g uncoated, premium matt paper, which we inform of on the website. The paper is also age-resistant, and we have opted for a non-reflective matte finish. All our frames come with acrylic glass, which is lightweight and durable.
Please note that we do mention that the posters do not come framed and we do have a section in our FAQ that informs you on how to frame the posters.

Fast and uncomplicated processing of the order. The delivery by Budbee was fantastic: they announced a time slot of 1 h and they really delivered during that time. Such a wonderful experience after UPS, which barely comes the proposed day!!!

I ordered few posters from Canvas…
I ordered few posters from Canvas Butik, and I found the quality of them to be much better than the one I ordered from Desenio.
I am disappointed with the quality of the print and the color contrast, it doesnt look brighter as it is pictured in the site.
