My husband took me to the Jewellery Quarter for me to choose a diamond ring to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.We visited quite a few jewellers but couldn't see what I was looking for. we then visited the Design Centre and met Daksha who was very experienced, helpful, patient, kind and understanding as I tried on lots of different styles. I found the perfect ring and was blessed by a great discount.
We collected the ring today and the fitting was perfect.
Thank you Daksha for your help, you are a credit to your company.

I had a very warm welcome by Ben, and he took me through rings in general, as I have little knowledge about it. He made me feel comfortable, gave his honest opnions, and offered me a few hundred pounds discount too! I was very happy with the service I was given on the day of my purchase!

I recently took my wife shopping to the jewellery quarter. After looking in a couple of places we arrived at Design Centre. We were warmly greeted by Gemma and after deciding on an item I then saw an item for myself. As Gemma was serving my wife, Dave came and assisted me with my purchase. His customer service was great. I received a warm welcome, without it being pushy. I felt completely at ease while perusing the display cabinets. I was able to try each of the pieces that I wanted to have a closer look at. And once I had decided it was lovely the way that Gemma was just casually chatting while preparing my items for sale. I would highly recommend the Design Centre and Gemma’s customer service.

During Christmas week my husband took me to the Jewellery Quarter to see if he could find my Christmas present. After going to many stores, we came across the Design Centre and was greeted by Tina who was lovely. She helped me choose the perfect bracelet that was out of my husband’s budget, but after a generous discount, I got the bracelet I fell in love with. Thank you so much Tina and the team, I would highly recommend this store if you’re after an honest and personal service.

Went in after visiting multiple shops in the JQ for my wedding ring. Was served by Ben who was a superstar! Super patient and a perfect combo of offering guidance and letting us have a good look at what we wanted. Bens calm nature meant we didnt feel any pressure to purchase yet we came away with the ring ❤️ highly recommend. Luce x

Went to many jewellers looking for a wedding ring for my wife-to-be and ended up at Design Centre. We were served by Tina & Biyna, who both took time to show us various rings and made many suggestions on style, shape, etc. Ended up with an unusual 'u' shaped wedding ring which closely fitted around the engagement ring. Perfect! Would highly recommend this store for your jewellery needs.

I bought some diamond earrings from the design centre in jewellery quarter Birmingham. The service I received was professional and warm. I was served by the lovely Daksha, Dave and Jemma who were attentive and very very helpful. If you want good quality and great service I would recommend them to you. Thank you all for the length you went to assist me. Will be back for sure.

Walking into the Design Centre felt comfortable and laid out well. David was helpful, informative and not at all pushy.
With so many shops to choose from in the Jewellery Quarter this is absolutely one of the best.
I will definitely return here and recommend to friends.

Tina made my day on Saturday I came in not really knowing what sort of ring I wanted or even which finger, she was patient and helped me refine what I liked to a point where I have walked away with a ring I am absolutely thrilled with.
Amazing customer service and I loved the joy and happiness in the store, from both Tina and David.

Fantastic experience at The Design Centre! Gemma was lovely, informed, helpful and not pushy! Gave us all the details we needed to compare rings but of course we went back and bought a gorgeous bloodstone ring!

Served by Tina who could not have been more helpful, but really importantly for me, was not pushy in any way, allowing me time to browse without any sales pressure. Great bracelet, good price and great service.

We visited the Design centre looking for a topaz and diamond ring. We were immediately made welcome and shown a range of designs within our budget. Tina and both of the other members of staff were very kind and understanding. They arranged for the ring to be resized and posted out to us. Arrived at the jewellery quarter to so many shops i could of walked into but i chose this one Design Centre, we was welcomed by 3 big friendly smiles Gemma, Dave, Abdul i showed them what i had in mind and Gemma showed me a few perfect matches she was so friendly, helpful and i felt in complete safe hands helping me make my mind up i picked mine in less then an hour I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! my husband to be also quickly picked his with the Dave & Abduls help we couldnt believe how we did it so quickly and flawlessly but it really was down to the experts in the room getting exactly what we was after im really really happy we walked into your shop and we didnt need to walk in to any other shop we found our perfect wedding rings Thank you so much for your help & advise we will definitely recommend you to all our friends/family looking for rings too!! we will be back! I popped in before an appointment elsewhere, I saw Dave here showed me some beautiful rings, so I went for my appointment and a few other shops but decided on the ring Dave showed me was by far the best, his attention to detail and the level of customer of service was outstanding, needless to say I purchased the ring off him and will definitely be back

Went in today ‘just for a look’ at the sapphire and diamond rings. Tina served us and let me try on several rings, with no selling pressure at all. Imagine my surprise when my hubby said yes to the ring which I loved, a surprise present ! Great service, the most beautiful ring and very friendly staff- thank you

My partner has a big birthday soon and I wanted to buy a watch. We went into this store at least four occasions over the last month. It's a big expense for me and we wanted to shop around and also make sure it was the right watch for us . The staff were so understanding and applied no pressure whatsoever. They offered advice and suggestions. We decided to buy the watch from them and was also given a really good discount. We couldn't be more pleased.
But there's more!!! We returned to buy a beautiful ring for me Gemma and Bina were so welcoming and so kind. Proper old fashioned customer service, courteous and professional . No hard sell no pressure. Would definitely recommend . Thank you xx

Bina and Tina were both excellent and extremely helpful in helping me pick my now fiancés engagement ring. She is over the moon with it and couldn’t be happier. The whole experience was very personal and both Bina and Tina couldn’t do enough for me.

In a world of fast faceless service, good to come across a shop where people sell the glamour of the product. Tina took the time to offer a wide range of options, securing a sale as she offered so much more than just this is how we sell it. Big thanks, the necklace is great, for my wife’s 60th.

As a customer who has previously purchased items at this shop in recent years we returned again to buy gold jewellery for a special birthday present.
On entering the shop the staff were both very welcoming, attentive, courteous and friendly offering help and advice without the pressure of trying to get an instant purchase.
Gemma our sales assistant was professional and excellent and put us at ease offering a discounted price on a chosen item for us to consider providing written details etc on the items.
We continued our shopping trip to look at other shops etc but returned a short time later to purchase our initial choice.
It was a very pleasant experience dealing with this established family business and we have no hesitation in recommending them in the future.
