I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the status of my submissions. I have been consistently submitting design concepts for various projects on your platform for a significant period, but all my designs are still stuck under review.
Could you please clarify why my submissions are taking this long to be reviewed? Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could notify me via email regarding the status of my designs—whether they are selected or rejected—so I can plan my work accordingly.
Please note that if this lack of support and delayed review process continues, I will be forced to reconsider my active participation on your platform and share my experience with other designers.
I look forward to your prompt response and clarification on this matter.

This site has only gotten worse with AI. It’s just a bunch of low quality AI generated junk. What’s worse is designers submit the same design multiple times to make it look like your project has enough submissions. There is no customer service to help. Waste of time if you ask me.

I very much appreciated DesignCrowd reopening the project for submissions by designers after reworking the brief - at no additional cost. Thank you

Great experience, but to have a lot of designs, you have to pay more. With a basic design payment, you can't achieve so many possibilities in terms of design proposals.

No doubt your customer support service are good but your quality standard verification process are too pathetic, after successfully completion to submit 25 design still my account not been verified, when ask support staff that time they say
"Rest assured that your account will be verified once our Verification Team deems that it is ready."

I don't know after how many design submission it can verified properly.

The support team is kind, empathetic, and supportive. They are attentive to your needs and ensure that your problems are well taken care of.
