I was looking for a specific pair of sunglasses and found them on this website considerably cheaper than most other places I had looked. I have received them today and I am thrilled with them, I just hope that the sun keeps shining now. I was kept upto date with my order progress and I would definitely order from them again.

I received the glasses in pristine condition.They fit me perfectly.However the delivery took way too long i ordered them on on 24th of may and received them today, three weeks later and I live in the EU. But i guess it was worth the wait.

Exceptional service from very reliable company. Sent new frames away to have standard varifocals fitted. Took less than a week from ordering, sending glasses away and having them fitted. Lenses nice and thin and quality fitting. Nicki is a star and extremely helpful.

Amazing! The sunglasses were exactly what I was looking for. The website seems very basic and so I was suspicious at first as to whether the items were real/ fake. A quick call to company and trail through the website confirmed that everything was fine. I ordered with standard delivery and the company were lovely enough to send my sunglasses sooner by special delivery in time for my holiday. Thanks!

After buying 2 pairs of glasses I mistakenly ordered bi focus instead of vari focus and after I emailed Nicky called me and couldn’t of been anymore understanding and asked I send them back and she would get them sorted asap which she did so thank you Nicky, I wil definitely recommend them to all my family and friends

Found I needed to update my prescription and saw a lovely pair of Versace glasses on designer glasses direct. After trying on virtual pairs I decided to give them a call, I spoke with Jade who was extremely helpful and patient with me whilst I filled out the form and up loaded my prescription and spoke to her about different lenses. I placed my order, I was a little did heartened when my glasses was out of stock but Jade had taken the time to send me links for other similar pairs, I decided to stick with my original pair I had ordered, Jade did explain these could take 6-8 weeks they arrived today around 2 weeks after ordering. I am delighted with them, Jade did an excellent job and an asset to the company. I would definitely use this company again and happily recommend to family and friends.

Brilliant from start to finish! Will only use these going forward. Nicky was brilliant every step of the way from chosing my order and sorting the issues out I had with the style of glasses I'd originally chosen being too thin for the unfortunate thick lenses I need due to having terrible eye sight - spent ages giving me suggestions until I chose some that could accommodate the thickness of lenses I had to have. She was very honest about it rather then letting me lose money for something that would look silly. I absolutely love my new glasses, they have been finished to a very high standard and I didn't feel rushed to make a choice like I do in opticians. Also, they have a much better choice and for a much better price then the opticians do! They were dispatched very quickly too! Thank you again xx

Received my Gucci glasses this morning. Originally was going to order from my optician who were charging 535 pound for 1 pair. I was unable to decide which pair to choose so thankfully didn’t order from them. My husband found this website where I just uploaded my prescription and I was able to get the two pairs of Gucci glasses for less than the initial pair from the optician . Fantastic service and easy to use website . Feels good to actually get a bargain without compromising customer service. Will be recommending to all my friends . Keep up the good work 😎
