We had a very positive experience visiting Designer Sofas today, we visited the Birkenshaw showroom and David was very friendly and welcoming.

There was none of the expected sales jargon, he explained a couple of things when we entered the store but ultimately let us have a wander around the store and when we decided what sofa to go for he was very helpful and also flung in some free cushions.

A very well priced sofa store and would highly recommend!

Buyer Beware: Terrible Quality & High-Pressure Review Tactics ⚠️
I am writing this review to warn others before they make the mistake of buying from this store. The furniture sold here is of extremely poor quality and the entire buying experience has been an absolute nightmare.
• Misleading Origins: The store claims the furniture is from Italy, but it is actually made in China.
• Defective Merchandise: Within just a few weeks of delivery, our new sofa looked ancient. The upholstery became badly wrinkled, crushed, and completely deformed under normal, minimal use.
• Fake Positive Reviews: Do not be fooled by their high rating. They use aggressive, high-pressure tactics by handing customers an iPad to write a positive review while signing the initial paperwork—weeks before the furniture is even ordered or delivered.
• Zero Customer Service: This company does not respect consumer rights. They refuse to take any responsibility for their defective merchandise and have completely rejected our attempts to get this resolved.
Save your hard-earned money and go somewhere that values quality and consumer rights. This place sells cheap, defective items and hides behind forced reviews. Avoid at all costs.

We were looking to ideally add to our current Natuzzi couch after a house move but wasnt sure on the options, Kenny at the Bolton store was very helpful in offering suggestions and was very knowledgable, we cant wait to receive our new additions to our front room. The sales process was pleasant and relaxed, the Bolton store staff are very nice to deal with, we would highly recommend!

Graeme made things simple to find sofa we liked and was very knowledgeable.

All staff were a pleasure when dealing with our active 5yr offering him a drink and biscuits and let him watch a film to keep him entertained.
