Andrew approached us saying he was there for any questions but then left us to wonder and gave us plenty of time to decide on lots of different options- he was helpful and very passionate about each suite that we had a lot of questions- he changed our order twice as I changed my mind on both a 2 seater and colour - my husband asked very technical questions about the mechanics of the recliners and Andrew was very knowledgeable and took his time about explaining everything- I would recommend this store to anyone

I took delivery a Natuzzi sofa unit in May, it developed dipping and creasing immediately on use. I requested a return and refund within the first 30 days . Designer Sofas sent Sofatech to examine and write an “ independent “ report . The report said it was a dressing issue and refused to refund .
I got my own independent report and have just had my Section 75 Claim upheld by my credit card provider and received a full refund.

Shaz@Designer Sofas was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable very patient, very prompt with acknowledging us when we arrived at the showroom and wanted everything to be right for us and how the sofa would look in our home. Can’t thank her enough for all her kind attention to detail and time today.

He was very friendly, patient and helpful throughout, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including the different payment options and plans available. He made the whole process feel easy and straightforward and was happy to answer all of our questions.
