Excellent service, patience and time given without any pressure. We've also returned to DK Samdyford for more flooring as previous fitting service was excellent and very professional.

We had carpet left over from the stairs so we wanted mats made. The service before and after was excellent. Did exactly wahr we wanted. We collected them today and Amanda could not have been nicer and helpful. Been going to Des Kelly for as long as I can remember as did my parents. Couldn't get better value or service.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Des Kelly, all thanks to John. From the very beginning, he has looked after us completely. He gave us expert advice on choosing the right flooring and carpets for our home, and it’s completely obvious that he genuinely knows what he is doing.
​Throughout the entire process, John was incredibly flexible and highly responsive to any questions or adjustments we had. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but John made everything seamless and stress-free.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Daga followed up with pricing and Niamh contacted me to make sure I had all the information I needed. When I returned to the store to finalise my purchase we dealt with Aisling and she was brilliant.

We were treated well by Britney who gave us a lot of time and effort in selecting the right item, and viewing swatches outside in the natural light.

Made us feel comfortable that she had done her best to secure us the best deal.

I recently made two purchases from Des Kelly Interiors on the Long Mile Road and had an excellent experience. Barry in the flooring department and Mary in beds and mattresses were absolutely brilliant. I couldn’t fault their customer service.

I needed the flooring installed as soon as possible, and Barry went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make sure everything was arranged to suit us. His help and professionalism were outstanding, and the service we received was better than any other store we visited.

Mary was equally fantastic, providing friendly and knowledgeable advice and making the process of choosing our bed and mattress easy and stress-free.

I recently had my stairs carpet fitted by Nick, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Nick provided outstanding customer service. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly.

The quality of the carpet installation on my stairs is excellent, and the attention to detail really shows. Purchase date is 18th of March
