I recently had my stairs carpet fitted by Nick, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Nick provided outstanding customer service. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly.

The quality of the carpet installation on my stairs is excellent, and the attention to detail really shows. Purchase date is 18th of March

Bought a new build and needed beds, I’ve always bought from Des Kelly and wouldn’t go anywhere else, Mary from Long mile Road, helped my 15yr old to pick out the bed she wanted and made her feel so

I went to des kelly long mile road as I always do and had great service in the carpet department top class service as usual but especially today from a young man called michael highly recommend

Michael was really helpful, he talked me through all options for flooring and gave me estimates of costs on the spot. A pleasure to communicate with and obviously very experienced.

I recently went in to get fitted wood for my two bedrooms and carpet for my stairs. I talked with Chis who is a staff member. He was very helpful supported and kind. He knew how to do his job. I was so happy with not only the price but the service. Thank you Chris for making my job easier and I will be back again.

Gary was stellar! I knew nothing about floors and he made the process super easy. Great advice and support throughout. He was so accommodating when we needed to reschedule (twice). Very happy with the floors. Super quick installation, great quality. Will definitely go back to that store.

We had a fantastic customer experience at Des Kelly Interiors on the Long Mile Road, thanks to Colm Brady, who went above and beyond in helping us choose a new carpet for our stairs and landing.

Colm was approachable, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. He provided expert advice, thoughtful suggestions, and carpet swatches for us to take home, allowing us to compare colours and materials with our existing décor before making a decision.

He made the entire selection process effortless, and we are absolutely delighted with our new carpet. We cannot thank him enough for his outstanding customer care, support, and professionalism.

My experience was amazing in des kellys not just because of the amazing sofas they have but the amazing staff, thank you mary for helping us get our sofa and showing us that the world isn't all bad I hope the store knows how lucky it is that your in it you truly made our experience one of a kind

We were looked after by Ross, who made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. He took the time to work out all of our dimensions for us, which took a lot of the stress out of the process, and his advice throughout was clear, knowledgeable and reassuring.
We ended up going with laminate flooring and also got help planning and picking out a carpet runner for our stairs, something we hadn't fully thought through before coming in. Ross guided us through the options patiently and helped us land on exactly the right choice.
Overall Ross is a credit to the team. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, exactly the kind of person you want to deal with when making decisions like these. We wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend him to anyone looking for flooring. Five stars without question!
