Completely a different person
I've struggled with excessive hair growth and terribly bumpy skin for as long as I can remember. I've tried different treatments over the years and they didnt work. Now I'm only a few treatments in so far and I truly feel like a different person! This is the only place to go. Everything from the clean space to the incredibly professional staff truly makes this place stand out from the rest

Removed credit on my account without warning
I've visited two of the DestinationSkin clinics in London over the years however on my last visit I was informed that the £236 credit left on my course had expired. DestinationSkin employees fiercely up-sell courses and I hadn't been given prior notification that they were about to be removed from my account. I was asked to provide written proof that I still had credit on my account, yet DestinationSkin had never sent me any written proof of what was remaining nor the credit expiry date so that was impossible.
I found the Head Office to incredibly inflexible and I now have no incentive to (and out of principle won't) go to a DestinationSkin clinic in future.
