Ordered some levers that and the box unfortunately arrive pretty banged up, as they weren’t well packaged in shipment, and I felt they were possibly used. After raising my concern I swiftly got a call... See more

Friendly no pressure sales and advice
Friendly no pressure sales and advice. Randomly popped into the showroom on the Saturday, had a test ride and by the Monday afternoon,I was riding away on a brand new Triumph Speed Twin.

My experience with Destination Triumph…
My experience with Destination Triumph is always great
No communication
I was happy at first, with the ordering. But there was no communication to say that 1 item would be delayed. When I emailed them to ask when I would receive the T shirt. I did not get a reply or email to update me about the Delivery of the T shirt. All in all I am disappointed with the lack of communication by Triumph
Tried to buy some jeans, but they don't ship to all of the UK
Tried to buy some jeans, but when I put in my UK (NI) address it informed me that I need to use a different address. Tried two different UK addresses, but both failed.
No online contact method on the website or anything regarding shipping zones.
You also have to create an account, before it is possible to progress to shipping checks.
Update 5 days later - by chance the items were still in my basket and when I went through the checkout it seemed to work. Review set to 3 stars and will update if/when items received if all okay.
Edit 8 Dec 22 - Items received and in the end happy. Updated to 4 stars, 1 withheld due to the original hassle and lack of easy contact methods
Edit 15 Dec 22 - Tried to purchase 2 more items and guess what? Answer = restricted postage again and blocked from buying. In discussion with Darren (Sales Manager), I am told that a courier wants to charge crazy postage.....on checking, I found Royal mail postage for £6, over £30 less. Still waiting for this shambles to be resolved, but not holding my breath on it being resolved. 2 stars removed..... doubtful that I'll (will/can) use again due to rediculous postage policy.
Head Gasket failure was actually a failed Water Pump
I am a long-time Triumph owner - you could call me a fanboy! Last September (2021), I was lucky enough to get the chance to purchase a 2018 Speed Triple with only 500 miles on the clock. I don't ride a vast number of road miles, so a year on, the beloved Speed Triple has only just clocked 2100 miles. You can imagine my concern when the bike started dropping its coolant a short while back.
It was due an annual service so I booked it in and explained the symptoms. A couple of days later I received a call to inform me that it was most likely a head gasket which I know = ££££££. In their defence, Destination have been talking to Triumph about out of warranty support given the mileage of the bike.
However, curious that such a new and modern bike could have a head gasket failure with such low mileage I set about checking the issue out with a couple of mechanically-minded friends. To our surprise, it turned out to be the water pump at fault.
Quite shocked that this was not even checked by the technicians to be honest. I have since been back to see the team but despite what seemed like a genuine apology from one of the team, I have to say that it all seemed a bit 'Meh' from their perspective.
After owning so many Triumphs it has made me seriously question whether it is time to switch brands. At the very least, I now have the inconvenience of trying to find a trusted independent specialist.
Just would like to say a big thank you!
Just would like to say a big thank you!
Especially to Mary, Nick and the guy who carefully delivered my new motorcycle.
At Destination Triumph Washington I found the staff very approachable helpful and polite, no pressured sales tactics which I find very refreshing and welcoming, I wish all sales people were like this.
I admit I was blown away by the new motorcycle and glad I got the chance of a test ride to experience the power and great handling performance of in my mind a great machine to date.
Once again thank you all for making my experience a pleasure and keep up the the good work!
Purchased a new Street Twin 900
Purchased a new Street Twin 900. A life long dream to own a Bonny. Alex Phillips was the Sales Executive who was not a all pushy, very friendly and helpful throughout the decision making process. There is no hard sell just a welcome a coffee.
When the Speed twin arrived it came in the more expensive Ironstone not black as ordered. Alex was extremely apologetic and said I could refuse it and they would ensure a Black one was delivered. The Ironstone is a wonderful colour but I simply couldn't afford it. Martin (Manager) simply stated if I liked it there would be no extra charge. Alex delivered the bike to the door, put it into the garage and talked me through the paperwork. On admiring the bike and checking it over noticed a small fault in pillion peg and went right off of the reservoir I purchase as an upgrade. Contacted Alex about the fault and asked if the factory fitted reservoir could be refitted. I was expecting the latter to cost, but no, Alex had a word with his Manager and their was no issue. A new peg would be fitted when I was ready. I have had issues with other Dealerships in the past but nothing seems to be too much trouble for the Dorset team. They genuinely care about your experience and happiness. Amazing!
Triumph Solent
Triumph Solent, very helpful and truthful. I travelled over 100 miles to visit their showroom and I wasn't disappointed. Good service, excellent price for my bike no problem at all. Came back with a new one!
I just wish the shop a bit closer to home. Recommend to all no matter how far away you are.
My bike doesn’t go faster than 48 mph…
My bike doesn’t go faster than 48 mph because bad programming, but destination Triumph doesn’t want me to get there on time at that speed. What a waste of effort. That tells how they are. My first and last Triumph motorcycle.
First Class Experience from the entire team in Dorset
I have just returned to riding after over a decade off motorcycles.
Paddy made me feel like I was the only customer he had, and has kept me completely updated every step of the way during the month it has taken to receive my bike. It was an absolute pleasure to be one of his customers.
Handover was flexible, and I be was able to collect my bike earlier than originally planned thanks to the service team being able to prioritise my PDI and accessory fitting.
Darren and Chloe in the clothing department again went beyond my expectations to ensure I was happy with my purchases.
Destination Triumph is a big company with a personal touch, and this is down the people the company employe, who share the passion for motorcycles and build a trusted friendship with their customers.
Congratulations team Dorset, you have delivered above and beyond my expectations!

First Triumph
Happened on the dealership in Christchurch by pure chance to look at a bike a friend had bought. Very friendly staff. 2 Test rides later came away with a New Speed Twin. Very efficient throughout and Service Dept excellent with advice and a couple of add ons.
