This place has shirts made by fanatics i like that especially for the packers and the milwaukee bucks sport apparel, however I am having the upmost hard time trying to get this shirt skew number 201390029 from fanatics site but don't have it in the size I want it 2xlt or 3xlt these sizes are different from the dxl store to other stores that offer a big and tall selection I spoke with the manager about this at the Brookfield store DXL I have been waiting for these sizes to be an option for some time now especially with that skew number that shirt specifically!

Ordered 2 pair of Lucky jeans online. They charged me for both and only sent one. I have reached out repeatedly and they totally ignore it. I am going to call AMEX to dispute charges - that is unfortunate, I don't have time for this crap. Take my money, follow through on your end and send me what I ordered. Disappointing, I am a long term customer that they treat like this. If you just reply with a copy and paste response don't bother. It is disingenuousness - if you want to address my problem respond to my messages.

Their app absolutely sucks. I was looking at items. I added two items to the cart. I setup my PayPal account. And it just automatically checked out with the items in my cart. It had said I would be able to review my cart before checking out. But that isn't what it did. As soon as I had my PayPal setup on your app, it skipped the next page and auto checked out. I have tried to chat in the app to stop the stupid order. And it auto closed the chat after I already had typed in a full message three separate times. I will never shop with this company again. The whole process online is nothing but frustration and I feel like a scam. I want the non authorized order cancelled. $18 for a shoe horn and disposable lint brush. And that is AFTER using my $20 coupon! Items that should cost less than $10 at virtually any store, they are saying is $37 with price, shipping and their $1.99 handling fee now. Absolutely absurd. Others in the comments are right. This place is WAY, WAY overpriced. I bought a dress shirt, trousers and a belt in store. And it was nearly $175! I only bought them, because I needed them next morning for a court case. Otherwise, I would have bought these elsewhere. And paid like half that much. I won't be going back to this store, or app.

I've been a customer for decades but looks like every time they offer a great brand like Buffalo Jeans by David Bitton, it just doesn't last long and then it's no longer available. That brand had the best fitting jeans I've had in a long time without any alterations needed. I hope DXL can get them back as a brand.

Waited in all day for delivery from 0800 - 1800 and no delivery got in touch the next day and they said the driver had run out of hours on his taco and would be believed today and if I rang back after 11.30 they would give me a time slot. Rang back and was told delivery would be between 13.30 - 15.30. 1600 hrs nothing again so rang back and was informed again that the driver had ran out of time on his taco so delivery would be tomorrow then all of a sudden the delivery driver turned up on my driveway and informed me that he didn’t have my package and opened his back doors and there in front of me was my package. The same driver turned up on my drive the day before and drove off when I informed him of this he said yes he did but his machine said the package wasn’t on the lorry so he drove off but actually it was it had been on there for 2 days he said. The driver was lovely and couldn’t believe what was going on but the office just lie and don’t care about their customers so stay clear as I would never use their services again

Purchased suit at Pasadena store on Saturday. Suit Was not complete. Pants had to be ordered online. Also ordered shirt. Store manager promised that they would be shipped and delivered by Tuesday. Flying out on wednesday morning. Called customer service spoke Mitchell the worst manager they worst customer service. Will never purchase from dxl again. Would encourage for mitchel manager purchase from them.

I can’t imagine that this outfit isn’t a scam. Excessive pricing. Absolute third rate junk for merchandise and nonexistent service. If you make the fatal error of opening their email offer, you will never be able to unsubscribe and will receive three to five spam messages a day offering more junk and more crappy service. Save yourself, go visit your local thrift shop. At least they won’t be sending you five spam emails tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow…

I tend to avoid DXL as their prices are very high, it’s almost always cheaper to go direct through the manufacturer or shop at Macy’s. There are alot of brand exclusions to their coupons and deals that renders them almost useless. Their free shipping threshold is also $100. Today was the last straw when I saw they now charge a handling fee on top of shipping. The customer is now paying for their cost of doing business. It looks like I will absolutely avoid them fully now.

Drove 45 miles each way to the Boise store because their website says thay are open on Sunday's. Then I get their after an hours drive and there is a note on the door that says they are temporarily closed for that day. I guess they can't manage their actual stores either. Found big guy shirts at Kohls. Never DXL !

The online ordering is terrible. Their sizing is all over the place, and if you need to return items you have to fill out two pages of info. THe stores only carrry about 10% of what they offer, which is fine. Make you online ordering and returns easier!

Ordered 2 pairs of Harbor Bay Pants on 3/16/20 and needed by 3/23 and they showed in stock and during checkout said they would be here on 3/20. One pair showed up on 3/20 and other pair would show up on 3/23. Got billed for first pair on 3/17 and second on 3/20. Got text from ups on 3/23 saying delivered on 3/23 at 1:52 pm. Walked to mailbox and mail there but no pants. Looked at order and said ups had given to USPS and UPS won’t let me file claim as they didn’t deliver so no claim. I complained to DXL on 3/20 about missed date and I filed bad review. They sent $15 gift certificate for next purchase. I’ll never use. Rip off artists who say UPS and worthless postal service ends up with. Contested on charge card as only can do return of what I don’t have..never again. Would not recommend to anyone.

I can never find pants that I like in 34 length. I had to order online like always. I get my pants shipped and I opened the package only to be disappointed by the quality of material. The pants were paper thin. I bought the same pair about 6 month ago and they are twice the thickness! I'll never buy from them again

Some items they sell ship from the manufacturer and I ordered over a week ago with no ship date in sight. They tell me it might not ship for over a month. I tried to cancel, they said they would in less than 48 hours. Then 1/3 of my order ships and I cannot cancel anymore. No idea when the rest of my order is going to ship. Likely won't receive in time for Christmas. Everyone at this company is clueless and they don't know how to work with business partners to take care of the customer. Don't sell carhartt if it's going to take over a month to receive. Will never shop at DXL again and do not recommend this site to others.

Wow,just wow,other than paying over 100 dollars in taxes and postage to Australia which is disgusting ,I didn't receive my whole order so I started emailing and emailing ,first 5 times it's was the 45 day international shipping excuse ,then i was given a date 2 months later ,that date came and went ,emailed again ,the 45 day excuse again !! Then I lost it after 3 months !!! Then they send an email saying Carhartt cancelled!!!! U obviously stuffed up then made up a lie but what ever horrible company so I didn't care as long as I got my money back ,hahahah I wish ,they are making up that Ive been refunded partially already !!! Showed that I wasn't then they change there story again ! And say I can have 159 back out of 270 ?! The hat was 58 dollars !!! And I now they won't even give me the 158 and as I've contacted of two different emails I have two different story's !!!! So I can prove they are lying !!! I hate this company so much that Im going to tell the world how bad there prices and service is !! Oh and you would think I would get offered a huge voucher or discount for months of lies and abuse of my time hahahaha nope note even that what the hell!!!
Update ,I did get a full refund ,however no more sorry than as if they spilled coffee ,and as for any discount to maybe apologise for wasting 3 months of my time , horrible experience

I bought a pair of casual dress shoes for work in what the store associate said was June. The stitching literally came loose on the sides of both shoes. It’s the stitching the holds the material and sole together. I know you have a 90 day return policy, I wear a size 16 shoe and have for 45 years and I’ve never had this issue before.

I think I dislike this company more than any other company I’ve ever interacted with. I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience going into this companies stores across the 4 states in which I’ve lived. The customer service is a dumpster fire. And just walking in is frustrating. More often than not I have to hold back tears on the way out. They actively try to keep a monopoly on big and tall clothes, but then fail to actually stock clothes for people at the top end of “big”. Ontop of that they’re absurdly overpriced. It’s not like big people can go to goodwill to get clothes that function but are cheap. And then their company-branded in house made “affordable options” (lol $40+ for a single pair of pants is not affordable) fall apart if you look a them with too much attitude (I once commented on it to one of DXLs managers and he asked me what I would consider decent quality. I told him a pair of pants that lasts at least a few years and he literally laughed out loud at me and said you aren’t going to find that). Even if I could afford the overpriced trash quality clothes their style sucks. I’m not a golf daddy. And I’m not a boomer ac/dc fan. And I certainly can’t speak for every fat person but I can’t imagine most of us want your tapered leg pants that are skin tight all the way down. If you’re going to monopolize me and make me shop at your trash stores, at least have decent quality affordable options in my size.
