Ordered one item from this company which defaulted to a subscription I did not want. Telephone conversation to detox people promised me they would cancel the subscription and didn’t .
£130 worth of unwanted product was sent to me. I posted it back to them with the correct address and post code written on the package. Unfortunately the post office added a slightly different post code which gave the company just enough leverage to deny receiving the returned items and therefore deny me over 60% of the refund. That’s even though I provided a picture of the item being delivered and royal mail assured me that they have received the package.
This is a faceless , misleading , horrible company. My advice would be to shop - literally anywhere other than with them.

Adding this in response - showing your true colours in your response - Welzo communicated with you and passed on that you deny receiving the returned package even though I sent proof.
You are trying to hide behind Welzo - but it is not Welzo at all - it’s detox people. You are the company I purchased the items off , you are the company that I paid - and you are the company that will no refund that payment even though I’ve sent you the item back.
If I could give zero stars I would.

My father purchased a product for me that detoxpeople sell. My father is on a pension and 80 years old and I'm not going to use this product so I decided to put the product on eBay to try and recuperate some of my father's money back. However, this company contacted eBay and requested ebay stop me from selling this product which they succeeded with. Greed is the only way I can describe the detoxpeople and I find it disgusting that they went out of their way stop me from selling something that has been fully paid for and that doesn't belong to them. I would never have anything to do with this company and I recommend you do the same

Item was mistakingly ordered, the correct one was ordered from the same people before the first one was delivered, and sent back without even opening the jiffy bag.

The company claimed the item was opened and wouldn't refund.

Im a long standing customer of Detox People, spending thousands in my time, this was the first time there was an issue, and true colours have shown on how they deal with it.

If I would know I would AVOID this company. Absolute waste of time and money! Supplements I received seal was broken and missing capsules inside. Looked like someone already have used it. And the God only knows what kind of capsules were inside the bottle.
The seller was not communicating until I escalated case to PayPal. Returned the supplements but have to pay for return postage over £3. Would never ever trust the company "detox people" again.

I could not buy the supplements I wanted in the country where I live. So, I decided to risk it and order from detoxpeople in the U.K. I was surprised how quickly my order was handled and shipped. Good experience. I will definitely order again from them.
