HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I ordered 2 sun loungers over 2 months ago, one arrived perfectly fine. The second was sent without bolts.
I asked for a replacement set of bolts to which they have sent me the complete wrong ones.
I complained again and the 3 weeks its taken to get an answer on the missing bolts they have now said there are no spare parts so a partial refund has been given. but I have now paid 80% of the cost of a sunlounger that is 100% unusable. AWFUL.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Please do not purchase anything from this company. Absolute waste of time. I ordered an air con unit ready for the hot weather. At this point it will be here in time for Summer 2023! Do not take anything on their website as truth either, it’s misleading and disingenuous. 2-4 days delivery, make that months. They may as well be a scam.

Did Not Get My Items, Cannot get a Refund

Ordered 2 loungers and a parasol, loungers arrived all be it delivered to wrong address. Parasol still not delivered 2 weeks later, I cannot get any sensible response from the automated contact details, I have emailed the UK address. They are blaming the delivery company as it's not marked as delivered, I have asked for a refund due to non delivery and have been sent an email saying I can get a refund when I have returned the item. Pfffff! ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

Received a 13ft pool without main frame!! totally unusable! requested refund and keep getting automated emails. They don't even bother to reply. I want my money back Deuba!!!

I recently bought a greenhouse via…

I recently bought a greenhouse via amazon, only received one part from a 2 part delivery. When left messages to rectify via amazon there is an automated response (fulfilling amazons requirements of a response in 48hrs) asking you to go to a service portal. When you go to service portal it won't allow you to leave a message. Also tried the email address given on these reviews and the same thing. Its impossible to contact them.

Ordered garden furniture table 6 chairs…

Reading some of reviews must have a magic man who answers some people straight away but not most of us who cannot get any anyone to answers phone or email ???. Ordered garden furniture table 6 chairs and 6 cushions through amazon. Should have got 7 or 8 boxes. Got one box only which is one of 3 for the table. Trying to get hold of company is impossible and a nightmare. Only in portugal for 4 days. Can anybody help as trying to return the one box. And keep send email to Amazon spain who send me a link for the dueba which is for ebay users??? 4 days after this review they did contact me got 1 item picked back up also got money back. Customer service bad would not buy off them again.

Ordered portable air conditioner on 19th July 2022
Having received e Mail with yodel tracking reference next day could not get any further information for next 6 days
Sent e mail to their service team and only received an automated response in German telling me to access their service portal
Was about to contact my credit card provider to request my money back when an E mail was received from yodel on the 26th July 2022 advising unit on way
Have now received although euro adapter supplied was wrong way round so have purchased correct one from curry’s
Very pleased with unit good price
My only criticism is that communication from this company is very poor and they cannot be contacted

Avoid!!

Avoid!!

Ordered a pool pump, website sated delivered in 2 days, email invoice states now delivery is up to 2 days after dispatch which is 3 -5days.
Emailed no response.
Item arrived on the 7th day, wrong item.
No contact numbers or emails just the bot you email from ordering.
Cant log into customer portal.
Loads of comments on Facebook of other people having other issues

Poor quality

The item received comes quick, but with no instructions and also with the holes not lined up so basically a faulty table as the won't attach, never known a place to not have a telephone number or to relie on an email to come back to you, it takes 5 days to say someone will message and then comes back to saying have covid so if it not heard anything write after in 10days time, when you only have 14days for return how does this work, rubbish service won't be using you again and will advice all my friends the same

NON DELIVERY OF ORDER

Ordered a portable aircon unit from Deuba a week ago. Information provided at time of order was 2 to 4 days.
Provided with a Yodel tracking number which states that Yodel is waiting for provision of the item from Deubbaxxl. This has been the case for the last 6 days.
Have emailed Deubbaxxl and had no response. I will now raise the matter with the credit card provider.

I WOULD AVOID ORDERING FROM DEUBBAXXL.

Order not delivered

I have ordered an air con unit over a week ago, but no site of it having even left Germany yet!

Yodel says it is still waitiing, but Deuba says it has been in Norwich for days! something isn't right

NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL

Not impressed at all. Ordered air con unti on monday and like all the other reviews say its 4 days later and yet to be dispatched to the courier. Better yet the confirmation email says its ready for collection from the courier in 48-72 hours, so clearly that is a lie and an automated email. it's now friday. no response from the email I send them 1 day ago. In this day an age when everything can be delivered next day - this is not good enough. I could have had an aircon unit here 3 days ago but sadly i decided to use them instead, a mistake i won't be making again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a swimming pool a week ago…

I ordered a swimming pool a week ago the delivery said it would be 2 to 4 days it still hasn't arrived and the tracking provided keeps saying waiting for company to send good tried to contact them by email not getting any response and they have taken nearly 200 pound off me for this my kids have been really looking forward to the pool arriving which by the looks of things is not going to happen wish I read the reviews on this company COMPLEAT sham and fraud of a company I'll be contacting PayPal to get my money refunded as the company doesn't give u an option for this stay away from this company scammers

Just like all the other reviews. This company is useless. Ordered an air con unit on Monday as it says 2-4 days delivery and needed for sunday, it's now Thursday and the item hasn't even been dispatched to the courier yet so no chance it being here by then. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. If I was you I would avoid at all costs, I can understand one or two negative reviews but this company has hundreds. Do not buy from this shop
