Late delivery due to appointed courier service company, citylink in Kemaman, couldn't found the address within 3km from thier location.
The backpack delivered late. Quality is as Dueter standard.

Slow response to enquiries
Seems more like a part time seller. Very slow in obtaining stock status of their own advertised "in stock" item. 2 days and still no info. A bit disappointed.

Good seller!
Good customer service! Fast Shipping. However needs to update the website as the item i order is not the same as shown on the website. The product shown is the old model which i prefer, however received the new model. Other than the minor hiccup the rest are good.

This happens very much due to the fact that I do not keep items in stock (which would otherwise have made it impossible to sell the items at the prices which you are getting now).
