Devon Cream Teas Reviews 

Unfortunately, I was unable to order as the website doesn't work if you want more than one addition. Very limited choice beyond the hamper selection (No vegetarian option, although they sell Vegetarian Pasties). To be fair, customer service did answer my query promptly as to why I couldn't order a bespoke hamper (as they say they do bespoke hampers, although they don't), due to limitations of their website. Shame I had to go elsewhere, as I had seen their excellent reviews on here.

Easy to use website for ordering (lots of lovely pictures to savour over!) - Simple ordering and paying process and good delivery timing! My friend got a lovely surprise and was well impressed with the delivery and condition of the parcel - she advised everything looked lovely and fresh and neatly packaged - then after devouring the scones - she advised "everything was yummy!" - I'm so glad I chose "Devon Cream Teas"!! - and won't hesitate to use this service in the future :-))

This is the second time I have sent your Devon cream tea first one was for my cousin that couldn't make it to my 70 th afternoon tea Birthday celebrations she was so delighted and surprised we had a video call with her so we could celebrate at the same time her with her Devon cream tea and us at a hotel for afternoon tea ... This week my friend in London had a knee replacement so to cheer her up sent a get well message and your Devon cream tea she was thrilled also it arrived the day she came out of hospital ...I will certainly be using this service again many thank ...

I went to Devon on hoilday. My friend looked after my cat. I thought what a lovely idea to get a Devon cream tea for her as a thank you. I ordered on the Thursday evening, cream tea delivered before 9am on the Saturday.... she actually enjoyed hers before we had even arrived in Devon. She loved it, said all she needed was the view of the sea and rolling hills to have made it perfect. Product quality, service and ease of ordering was excellent.

Bought for a friends birthday, unfortunately despite being dispatched on time, the courier had a puncture and so it arrived a day later. Frantic emails from me were answered promptly and with reassurance that all should be OK. I was worried that the cream tea hamper sat in a van on the hotest day of the year would be ruined. However my friend assured me all was fine and that the hamper was both a lovely surprise and full of delicious items. Would definitely recommend.

My older sister was celebrating her 80th birthday in Birmingham, was born in Torquay (where I now live) and I chose to send her a cream tea from her county of origin.
Everything worked perfectly, the product was spot on, and, most importantly, it had to be delivered on the right day!
And so it was, two minutes past twelve on her birthday, the parcel was delivered. Wonderful! She was so delighted that when her daughter turned up in the afternoon the parcel was already in the fridge with two scones missing! Many thanks, great product, great service

Ordered 6 weeks in advance for a 90 birthday present. We were disappointed that it wasn’t delivered until 5.50pm. How many cream tea are taken at such a late hour.

Customer service is brilliant, they are so helpful and speedy replies. I have placed 2 orders and recipients are thrilled. I will order one for myself as good value and look delicious. Thank you

This is not the first time I have ordered. This time as a gift for my friend's birthday. She is really pleased with it and is looking forward to her yummy cream tea.
This company are so good and were able to help out when I needed to make a change to my delivery date.
I fully intend to order again in the future.

Excellent lovely taste bought one nearly every month

While in Plymouth on short holiday, I ordered clotted cream to be delivered to a friend and a family member. Both deliveries arrived on the date specified and the recipients were delighted. Price of items included delivery and very reasonable.

This is my second time using Devon Cream Teas and very happy again with my purchase, and delivery. My elderly uncle was thrilled to receive his cream tea for his birthday present and said it was delicious. I shall be using them again.

Birthday .... delivery on the wrong day! Sadly the cream tea was actually delivered on a Sunday before birthday on the Tuesday. Why ask for delivery day if this is totally ignored!? Very disappointed.
