Courier service seriously lets you down…
Suppose I can't blame Devon Cream Teas on this, but they clearly need to think about the courier they use.
Fathers day gift ordered at the start of the week. Email received today from APC to say out for delivery today. Spoke to Dad and advised not recieved it.
Looking at the new APC tracking it shows it won't be delivered now until Tuesday. The goods inside won't withstand being out a fridge for that long. So the goods will not be fit for consumption.
Seriously not happy! I want refunding...

Bought as a father's day gift. I was really pleased that the delivery was exactly on time. The food had been carefully packaged so that it wasn't damaged during delivery.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a Family Cream Tea and Fudge Hamper as a birthday treat for my daughter and son-in-law.
The website was easy to navigate and the hamper arrived within the allotted time frame.
However during transit the box was damaged and the cream had leaked over the contents.
On contacting Devon Cream Teas by e-mail to let them know about this I was offered a refund or replacement immediately.

Unfortunately, the package was not delivered on the chosen day (Saturday) but not until the Monday. It was a birthday present and the recipient was away from Sunday so the gift was wasted. I queried with the support team but no credit or refund was offered, which I thought was poor
