Heavenly delicious! Easy website to navigate. Plenty of reasonably priced options. Arrived perfectly on time to celebrate my mum’s 80th birthday. Absolutely scrummy.

What a wonderful treat this was ,a Xmas present from a friend, the scones were huge,a lovely texture and so tasty as was the clotted cream and the strawberry jam had whole strawberries and was just gorgeous. I would highly recommend this company 😊

My experience was the best one you could ever think of. I studied the website for two weeks. There was a lot of other places that came up but your one was always at the top. That’s what I liked about it and I was delighted to be able to send this to my aunt in England before she went in for a cancer operation she loved your scones. She said they absolutely delicious. I will use this website again no problem and if I won this prize I would send it back to my aunt again for a present. She would love it.

This company have made it easy to send a special gift, and I was reassured to hear from the recipient that their treat was delicious. I won't hesitate to use again. Have been lucky to have been given a cream tea for two about 5 times over the years. It is always superb! The scones are so light the cream great and the jam, well so many strawberries in it, best Jame ever. Nice tea bags. Scones kept fresh for couple of days.
Can’t wait for the next one.

All that products were great but the jam is something special, with pieces of fruit in it. It takes thr cream tea to a whole new level.

Whenever I am looking for a present I know will be guaranteed a success, I choose a Devon Heaven cream tea in one form or another.
They are all superb but I prefer the ones with just the scones, jam and cream. The scones are unbeatable; light, perfect and keep well if necessary. The jam is absolutely full of strawberries, and the cream is far nicer than the other, more commonly available make.
I wish I lived nearer in order to just pop in and have the cream tea more often!

Bought as a valentines gift for my other half and it was so delicious and very good value. Scones were perfect and I especially liked the strawberry shortbreads! I would highly recommend and will order again in the near future.

I purchased this box for my husband and I must say everything inside was really well presented and tasted amazing. I have bought a few of these boxes for various family members and everyone said how amazing they are and taste lovely

The website was very easy to navigate and the only problem for me, positive, was the choice. I was spoilt for choice.It was a birthday gift and recipient was delighted with her present. She said "I'm not going to share this hahaha". It was a great gift with two small bottles of Prosecco all delivered on the correct date. I will definitely use your company again.

I have ordered several afternoon tea hampers as gifts for friends and they have always been really well received and I have been told they are delicious. And the scones look huge and yummy

As I don’t live close to my Mum and can’t just nip and have afternoon tea, it’s nice to have the option of the hampers to treat her, even when it’s not a birthday…they’re always fresh and plenty for her to share with my Dad

Poor customer service following a three day delayed delivery of freshly baked scones! Wish I'd read the other one star reviews as many others have had the same thing happen.

I bought the prosecco cream tea for my best friend's birthday, with nominated delivery on a Friday. Something went wrong with the DHL delivery and it not only missed the Friday delivery slot but wasn't delivered until Monday, despite Saturday being a delivery date available on the Devon Heaven website. This meant that both the surprise and quality of the gift was completely ruined.

I contacted the company the day after the missed delivery explaining my disappointment and they replied promptly although the email stated the scones would be "perfectly safe to consume" (safe, maybe, but not fresh) and to contact them again once delivery took place.

I contacted them again yesterday and, despite the fact they must have recompense with DHL, they said they were "unable" to offer a refund on my order. Why? They said they wanted to put things right and offered for extra scones to be sent, but what's the point when the birthday has been missed? Why not just offer me the refund I should have been given and keep a customer, especially when they should be getting something back from DHL? It's even more disappointing now that I can see others have been offered refunds for delayed deliveries according to reviews on here. Why am I a less important customer?

Really poor service.
