A+ for Service and Software Quality

Very happy with the software and customer service. Support responds via chat within a short time of contacting them and resolved my issues promptly. The software itself is very useful and well organized. Much better than other software I have tried.

Excellent tool for bookkeeping and client management

Dext has completely streamlined how I handle receipts, invoices, and expense reports for my clients. The automatic data extraction is impressively accurate, and the integration with Bright Books saves me hours every week. Support has always been responsive and helpful when I’ve had questions. It's an indispensable tool in my day-to-day work as a bookkeeper.

Love Love Love Dext

I love using Dext. It is easy to use and I love the fact that all the information is on one platform. Add to that the fact that I am able to use it either as an app or on my laptop makes it super convenient.

Absolutely love this software

Absolutely love this software, it saves so much time as not entering invoices manually its simply drag and drop and it picks up all the relevent info and sends it to our accounts software ready for payment. Used it for 2 years now and its brilliant and getting better.

Dext - Time effiecient, fabulous and easy to use

I do the books for my husband alongside my full time day job and Dext has just transformed my life. It saves me so much time and I don't have to chase the guys for the receipts that they usually loose. It used to take me hours to do the VAT return each quarter, now I just keep on top of matching receipts to payments weekly which takes a few minutes then the VAT return is literarily the push of a button. The accountant has access so I don't even have to save all the paper to send to them it is absolutely fabulous. I was a little nervous about using the app but I just wish I had done it sooner. The interoperability with Sage accounting makes this product a must have.

One of my favourite bits of software

One of my favourite bits of software. Incredibly accurate, seamless integration with Sage, saves us loads of time - perfect for a small business like ours. And the great thing is the price, a fantastic price for the service you get.

I am new to Dext and trying to navigate…how to change a bill to an expense.

I am new to Dext and trying to navigate through the web app. So far, I find it very user friendly. I had a few questions and contacted support for assistance. They provided me with links and descriptive "How Too's" to help me out. The support I received was amazing and so helpful. I was able to complete the process I needed assistance with and more. Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare. No communication
logged a complaint and no one got back to me. No help at all. I had a client with no access and they refuse to speak over the phone. I asked and was on the phone getting a sales pitch before I even seen the product

Dext is so sly in in there terms and…

Dext is so sly in in there terms and conditions. So they just renew your contract for another 12 months if you forget to cancel. A trap to and a behaviour I find unethical and duplicitous.

Dext is easy to use. All I had to do was email my order confirmation to the email address and Dext took care of the rest. All the details were extracted automatically from the email. Dext is a great app.
