Excellent from order to delivery
Very helpful with style and colour that we wanted. Delivery was quick and phoned to keep us updated. They assembled at house as well, very pleasant experience from start to finish.

I wasn't expecting a delivery straight away and actually had to ask them to hold it and they did with no hesitation. I haven't received the suite yet however,
The price can't be beaten anywhere else.

Very helpful staff and prompt delivery. Cannot comment on the Gretal suite I ordered as not ready to use it yet but it looks to be a good solid and stylish suite. I can fully recommend GF beds,

If it let you give 0 stars I would. Seller sold very poor quality goods then promised to have it collected and refund me. It took 3 separate all day appointments to collect sofa and I had to take time of work for 2 of the days where they promised they would collect it. 9 days after refund was issued through PayPal this payment I still have not received as they used e cheque system which can take a long time to see a refund. PayPal have advised it could tale a month!!! Avoid this company and their shoddy goods and business practices.

We’re sorry for the mix-up with your order. The wrong photos were uploaded, which we corrected immediately, and we accepted your return because you should receive exactly what was advertised.
Although the courier service had to reschedule the collection, we still processed your refund before they collected the sofa, which is not part of our policy. Regarding the refund the delay you experienced was due to PayPal’s e-cheque process, which was beyond our control. We simply reversed the payment, which you received two days after leaving this review.
We take responsibility for our error with the listing but feel your comments about quality and service are unfair as you did mention you liked yhe product but not the style. We strive for honesty and transparency and regret that this situation wasn’t resolved more smoothly.

We are very happy with our lovely sofas . We ordered a two seater recliner and a three seater recliner . In light grey . Lovely quality and the recliners work perfectly very easy to recline and easy to stop reclining mechanics of it are great and it was easy to assemble as it comes neatly in boxes so it's easy to carry in through the door .I would recommend for quality and price . Hi, you should have got in contact with is. We recommend customers to get assembly service, so sofas are built up correctly. The side that isn’t reclining will be due to one of the back rest sides not being double clicked in.

Never order with this company..
Never order with this company... Save your money and order somewhere else. They take over 2 + weeks to deliever and they will ignore your every call + their products are not build well and will break easily.. The policy says if their product breaks in less than 2 weeks they will refund you... THEY LIED. They will blame you instead and try find an excuse to not give your money back. This experience has been very unfair on my 2 baby sons and myself.. I heavy heartedly regret using my money with DFbeds. Their service is very trash! And ofcourse they will say anything to prove their point after a rubbish customer service.

I would like to highlight that we help sort these out for you as a favour as the bed they were for was not originally purchased from us. You purchased a set last year that you damaged. You then re purchased another set this year after being happy with the original set that are now also damaged. As a goodwill gesture we agreed to send you out another replacement. Due to the festive holidays there was a slight delay in you receiving them. We ignored your calls as you was swearing and being abusive to us, and sent us threating messages, when all we was doing was trying to help you with your issue. As agreed we re sent the extra new side rail replacements out to you, will consider the matter resolved.

Amazing service! I had a lot of questions and the customer service was really efficient and patient. Made me feel really comfortable and helped me find the right sofa for me. Ended up purchasing a really good quality sofas and a matching footstool. Would buy again.

Was 50/50 in ordering, but wow this company surprised me from ordering to delivery. Ordered the padded recliner sofa set, the quality is good and sturdy. Deliver driver was so helpful, I even opted for the assembly service, driver was professional and thoughtful of my home. Will be looking to purchase a new mattress 6/7 months in the future from this company. Will be highly recommending this company to my family and friends.
