Great customer service and advice provided on the different mattresses available and I am really happy with the bed. Kept informed with the delivery and the delivery team were really helpful.

Great customer service and delivered in time

Ordered expected it to come after the weird snowy freeze that hit, but arrived before i expected IN the snow. Delivered to my room and was so easy to set up. Was made up in under 8 minutes and I had my bedding on ready for the night and best sleep ever. Have had this bed for months now, easy to lift, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend +++

I was worried about ordering a bed online as I’d always shopped in store but I was pleasantly surprised. Great quality, seamless delivery and great communication from the company from the get go, will definitely be ordering all my beds from here from now on!

From start to finish this company was great to deal with. I bought 2 mattresses over a year ago and just bought another bespoke one 3 weeks ago. The quality you get for the price you pay is unbelievable, I saved £2100.00 with these guys than going to a retailers. The quality and service both times has been exceptionally outstanding. I spoke with Faheem who was attentive and customer focussed.

I went to the showroom in Batley where I was greeted and shown around and asked what it is I am looking for. The owner discussed in detail and provided me with bespoke mattress options. The customer service was excellent, the showroom was lovely to view, and had so many different options/colours for bed frames. I placed the order and within 5 days the mattress arrived. I would definitely recommend DF Beds, as the mattress I received was perfect for me. 10/10 for customer satisfaction. And much better value for money than brand retailers.

We’re really happy with the mattress and will recommend you to family and friends and will deffo buy from this company again. The customer service representative was so helpful and went above and beyond to get our mattress out to us with a very tight turnaround.

Purchase - 3 Items

1. Ottoman storage bed: Grey Linen.
Good: Excellent quality. Sturdy and built like a tank. Good for price.
Bad: Gas Pistons are not good. Bed is held down by fiber straps. You will need a heavy mattress to keep it closed. One strap broke already as it was just stapled.
Summary: Would not recommend the ottoman. Needs a little revision.

2. Headboard: Horizontal Slatted design.
Good: Good build quality. Soft foam and quite exceptional comfort for a headboard. Nothing to complain about.

3. Mattress: 45000 Pocket Spring with pillow top.
Good: Well constructed. Very good quality.
Took a little time to settle in.
Bad: Pillow top is average. Not luxurious. Will need a mattress topper on top of this as the pillow top is quite pitted in places and uniformity is poor.

Summary on mattress:
Recommend it. Better priced to similar quality mattress which sell for 3 times the price.

The service I have received from this online bed supplier has been so much more than fantastic, professional friendly and super knowledgeable..
I made a choice error with my personal mattress, And the company quickly WOWed my customers experience offering me a solution,
Wayyyy more than I expected
