To add a little to what they will do for you: during a business trip to Shanghai I had issue dispatching a parcel through China Post, after contacting Eva she arranged a local courier company to pick up my parcels from the hotel shipping to DFH warehouse. Turnaround time between the time I asked Eva to help me to the time I was handling my parcels to the curriers person, 20min. That’s efficiency in its core! Thanks DFH.
