Very disappointing experience. The delivery time was far too long, and the products looked completely different from the photos on the website. The glasses were extremely oversized, while on the models online they appeared much smaller and more wearable. The sneakers were also at least two sizes too big — I normally wear size 39 and ordered a 39, but based on what arrived I would have needed a 37.
In the end, I had to return everything, and on top of that I had to pay for the return shipping from Croatia to Spain myself, which is absolutely ridiculous. Never again.
They make it impossible to return anything, no matter what their website states.
They also drag their responses until they can blame the "14 days return window" has passed.
Fun fact: if you bought more than 1 pair, they designed their return model so that you need to return all of them or none at all.
You know, All the small things to make you not bother returning their stuff. (Which you cant either way lol)
Great product at fantastic price point. Shipping was easily traceable. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I have ordered one sunglass and received a second one as a free gift. The Hurricane type is really fit well and good quality. The second one Rift type is also seems good quality and fits well when it is on my face, but when I am puting it on my hair this is completly loose and cannot hold it well. The delivery is terribly long within EU.

This is my third one star review in a week. Hopefully you finally answer as this seems like the only place where you can get a reply that isn’t automated. Went through the customer support route via email and got two what seemed to be automated responses saying that they had looked into it and they’re on their way. They’ve been sitting in Spain for nearly a month now. They offer no other information other than they’re on their way. Was hoping to have them for this weekend which I thought was very reasonable seeing as I ordered them on the 27th April. I also move in the middle of June and am losing hope of them being here before then.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.
The most pathetic service I have ever experienced.
They left my parcel outside, even when I didn’t specify any safe space. The parcel was stolen. I sent them the footage from my security camera and a copy of the police report.
It’s now been over one month and no resolution. They take 5 days to respond to a simple email.
Please beware and don’t spend your hard earned money on other them.

I cancelled my order only a few minutes after placing it. Four days later, I was informed that the order had still been shipped. This is completely unacceptable.
The company’s response was: “We regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with your request for cancellation at this time.” In other words, they were apparently unable to process a simple cancellation within four days.
I understand that companies use automated processes, but if you operate with automation, you should also have proper tools to cancel an order when the cancellation request is sent shortly after the order is placed. At the very least, there should be a system that automatically recognizes cancellation requests from customers. These kinds of tools are common today.
The fact that their system does not work properly does not make the situation better. Instead of offering a real solution, there was only email ping-pong with the same incompetent answers again and again. This only confirms how poor their customer service and order handling really are. At no point did they say they would try to improve their system or prevent this from happening again.
The product quality also feels very poor and cheap.
Of course, I sent the product back, but I had to pay unnecessary return shipping costs of around €20 from Austria — costs that could have easily been avoided if the cancellation had been handled properly.
Extremely disappointing experience. Slow support, poor communication, bad ordering process, and no real customer care. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
Fantastic service and delivery. These shoes are as light as feathers and very comfortable . I’ve recommended them to all my friends and even bought a pair for my husband who agrees with my choice and plans to buy another pair .

The glasses arrived much smaller than expected. The dimensions of the glasses were not clearly visible in the product description, so it was hard to know the actual size before ordering. Also, the delivery was very slow and took much longer than expected. Overall, quite disappointing.

Very poor customer service
One shoe is different in shape and have a mark on sole so I’ve contacted customer service, had to send another email waited few days to hear anything. I’ve send another 3 emails still not responding! I wish to return faulty shoes but I’m refusing to pay over £17 return fee!
