Awful experience
Awful experience. Bought silver sandals and the silver was coming off before I had even worn them outside. Was refused a return and full refund due to EU law. They were not fit for purpose. Would never buy from them again.

No comments or problems with purchase process in general, but not happy with products. Both sunglasses have reflections from the inside, that distracts and irritates, basically makes them unusable. Socks are nice thought.

Be warned
Not the best company in regards to cancelling and returns. Be sure you want the product because there is literally no way to cancel even minutes after purchasing. Fast customer service with zero connections to the actual items being sent off, which makes the help desk almost pointless.

Terrible service for D.Franklin. Immediately after ordering I email them to change the order for a different pair of sun glasses. I was told this wasn’t possible even though it took another 3 days to process and ship the order. I have since emailed them after receiving the order and one week later no reply on how to return them. Not a proper company that cares about consumer just another instagram seller who wants to rip people off

Worst return policys ever.
The sunglasses I ordered doesn’t fit my face so I wanted to return but they don’t give you a return label you have to pay for it by yourself and the return goes to Spain…! So the return costs are likely more than the value of the glasses. That means you have to keep it if you want it or not…. That’s scam! The make so much advertise but in the end they trick you with their return policys…. Every China online shop has better return options than D.Franklin! I will never ever order here again…!

Production error and no free return
I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses with the code 2 for 1, the same model just different 2 colours. One fit me great, but second are too big, falling from my head. How is that even possible?! When I wanted to return them, I received full email of instructions including that I have to pay for shipping back, which is almost 12€. Absolutely not fair when the reason for return was their production error. D. Franklin should provide free return label!
