I tried to email and get in touch…

I tried to email and get in touch multiple times regarding my order as it was the wrong adress on there, but had no reply or help with the issue. Unsure whether they sent them or not but either way the customer service is non existent. I want a refund

very bad experience

placed the order 4 days before they close for Christmas, expecting it to be processed and despatch before they close because their delivery policy is 24 to 48 hours after payment. They scheduled the delivery the night before their closure but only posted the order a week after the shipment notification (after the last posting date), as if they want to make sure I can't receive it before Christmas! will not buy from this store again
**I ordered on 10th Dec and still not received the delivery today 21st Dec

Value for money…

Bought the little rose buds to make a heart wreath, not used them yet but they look ideal for the job. Lovely colour also nice and firm for glueing to frame.

Products good - Privacy BAD

I was happy with the products, although you can tell the quality control is lower than usual - however this correlates with the price so I am happy overall.
Considering that I paid for delivery, bought in a Friday and not received until Thursday the next week: I would say this is a slow delivery time.
The most upsetting thing is that they obviously give your email address to other companies, as I have got many spam messages since shopping with them; My assurance it's them sharing my details is certain, as I have been out of the country for a couple of years and my email address has not been used for anything else apart from my purchase with this company 🤨
