Disappointing experience—additional payment requested after I paid. I found Etihad Airways flights on this website for £2,751.55. I contacted the company and was offered a discounted price of £2,600. I then asked whether the ticket was refundable. I was told that the £2,600 option was non-refundable and that I would need to pay £2,850 for a refundable ticket. I agreed and paid £2,850 using the payment link they provided. After making the payment, I was told that ticket could take up to 4 to 8 hours to be issued. Around4 hours later, I received an email asking me to pay a further approximately £2,100 before the ticket could be booked, and it also mentioned that if I did not make this additional payment, there could be an issue with my refund. I was very concerned by this because I had already paid £2,850 based on the price and information I had been given. I contacted my bank or credit card company and raised the matter with them. I strongly recommend being very careful and making sure you fully understand the total price and terms before making any payment.

This company can NOT be trusted. They quoted me on price on what’s app and then emailed me a completely different! £1000 difference and told me it was what I agreed. The scam was they kept me on the what’s app call so I couldn’t check the email and told me reply seconds before making payment. They claimed I agreed to pay a holding deposit! Why would I do this as i had all the funds on my credit card. So I paid on my credit card and then checked the email and saw what i thought was an error! The email gave me like 4 days to pay the balance they claimed was airport tax and an admin fee. I called them straight back immediately and said I’m reporting them to the police and credit card company because they started deleting parts of the what’s app messages that. I had forwarded to my travel buddy. The lies they claimed and said to try and make me send them more money. They even called me days later and threatened to take the payment at later date. I called my credit card company and queried the transaction under section 75 under the consumer credit act. I have all the evidence and screenshots to back up my experience
