DialCare is a great service!

HAVING AN ISSUE OVER A HOLIDAY WEEKEND WAS A STRESS IN ITSELF! HOWEVER, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A PHYSICIAN IN A FEW MINUTES TIME AND RECEIVED HIS OPINION. HE THEN SENT IN A PRESCRIPTION. I AM FEELING SO MUCH BETTER! SO HAPPY I DID NOT HAVE TO GO TO URGENT CARE, AS MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

This service is so convenient and am so happy I didn't have to go to an urgent care and could be seen by a doctor within seconds from home.

When I first started using DialCare, I set myself up easily. When I went to add my son, I didn't understand how to do it, so I called customer service. They walked me through it, and it was so easy. Every time I use it for myself or my kids, the response time for a physician to get online is so fast and easy. They are always so helpful and really find out what is happening and how they can help. I love having this access. It gives me peace of mind and am so very grateful for all of the Doctors who choose to do this to help others any time of day! Thank you!

The enrollment process through Allstate Health Solutions, the ease of using the website to set up the medical profile and the appointment. Response time of the Doctor calling, I did not feel rushed, she was caring and listened. I received a text 5 minutes after we hung up from my pharmacy to confirm receipt of prescription. I received medical advice and services in less than 30 minutes from my desk at work. Highly recommend this service.

Dial care makes seeking out of physician quite wonderful. Where I live it’s about an hour to the doctor so that saves me about three hours out of my day for something that I could get care for online. Excellent quality, Thank you DialCare for being there.

Very easy to use and found an amazing counselor who has been so helpful and flexible. The convenience and cost for services are extremely attractive as well.

The service was great and convenient. I did have a little trouble logging in, but I was helped on the phone. My physician asked alot of questions, and I was given a prescription and picked it up the next morning. I am already feeling much better, and I saved the hassle and expense of going to urgent care. This will be my go to method of care, unless it requires an in person visit. Well done!

Used for a dental emergency as my dental office was closed. I wish the Dr that I spoke to was local as I wld change providers immediately. Great experience and he helped tremendously.

I spoke to several counselors through Dialcare. Most of them were great to speak to. One counselor kept having to reschedule the appointment, then finally just didn't show up. Another one would show up, but the dialcare portal is not very user-friendly. It will NOT let you back into the appointment meeting if you ever get disconnected. The counselor doesn't try to contact you or anything if you get disconnected or if their tech is not working, and you have no way of reaching the counselor. If you call customer service they just tell you to reschedule. Once I tried to reconnect to the meeting for the whole 30 min of the appointment time to no avail, very frustrating! If you try to join the appointment on your phone the portal tech function is even worse. also, 30 min appointment for counseling is definitely not enough, especially if you are spending 30 min trying to get connected with the counselor on their janky portal.

I really liked everything about this service with the exception of scheduling the appointments. It's difficult to figure out. Other than that it is great!

The doctor listened carefully, asked pertinent questions, and was able to provide precise assistance over the phone by calling in a prescription for me. I appreciate this method of care so much as it is easy for me and alleviates UC, ER and clinic care for greater needs.

Very helpful. Good listening and questioning and suggestions. Follow up doc did a great job as well.
