I am really happy with my service so far. It is so nice to be able to have a visit from the comforts of my home. Website is very easy to use, and scheduling an appointment is very easy.
I was very pleased with the service! I only wish they provide a way to see how long the wait might be. Also, that the app had a section to review the visit. Otherwise, the doctor was very nice (but I didn't know his name) and my call into the office for prescription help was good! I would definitely recommend!
Quick and easy, got a diagnosis in a very short time and felt that the Doctor was thorough.
Quick service but awful doctor. I would not use her again. I didn’t trust anything she said after she recommended I add koolaid to pedialyte to make it taste better 🙄 I don’t consume crap like that, nevermind when I’m trying to nourish and heal my body from a virus. She didn’t assess for dehydration when I told her I was having liquid stools for over 48 hours; I had to mention I was concerned about the potential. She had her tv blasting the whole time. She told me she was ordering one medication and didn’t and instead ordered something for nausea/vomiting, which I didn’t have. Even the pharmacist said it was not a typical treatment for diarrhea. Finally, she told me not to eat anything until I have a formed stool. Um, what? How am I forming stool without food? And I’m starving. I’m doing the BRAT diet and I’m slowly getting better left to my own devices.
Experience overall very good but the app and service sometimes doesn’t allow to schedule. They should fix system glitches and allow for 60 minute session reservation versus only 30
Quick Service! I logged in and was talking to a doctor within minutes. The doctor was nice and prescribed what I needed and the prescription was at the pharmacy a short time later. I was feeling better the next day. It is great not having to miss work to go see the doctor!

I have been a client of dialcare for a few years now. I have appreciated the help I have received. However, I go back to my first interaction with clinicians. They didn't take the time to introduce themselves and get to know my husband and me. This isn't the only clinician I had this experience with. It was with the other ones as well. I am signed up with Medi-Share which is a Christian Based Insurance and I am expecting the clinicians to have this background which doesn't seem to be the case. To me, I am disappointed with the unspoken expectation that I had due to Medi-Share partnering with Dialcare and it not being shown that the clinicians have a Christian based background or understanding even. They are good people and clinicians that are doing their best and caught in the middle if they don't understand where their clients come from. If you are just seeking counseling that is NOT Christian based than it should work out fine. Customer service has been good thus far. Another complaint that I have is that there are no Sunday appointments which is limiting to people that are working, which is my case. I wish they had more weekend appointments, especially Sunday mornings.
The customer service agent was very helpful and pleasant. And Dr. Richard Manrique is a definite asset to Dialcare. He's very knowledgeable and compassionate.

Everything has gone smoothly from the first time I opened Dialcare on my computer. Easy to use. I found a counselor that is THE BEST. She has helped my feel better about life, myself and the situation I'm in right now. At first I was worried about how a TeleVisit would go, but all my concerns proved to be wrong. I can't say enough good things about Dialcare

I had no wait and got the attention I needed very quickly.

Second time I’ve used dialcare. There was barely any wait time. So much nicer than urgent care. Both doctors were efficient and competent. Will definitely use again.

This is my second time using Dialcare for my 9yr old, last August and then last week. Customer service was great. Both Doctors were excellent. Dr Farrag and Dr Karman. Diagnosis and recommendations were on point and not having to take my sick child to the Urgent care or ER etc was a relief. Thank you.

What a great experience, very thorough, helpful and saved time from having to drive to Dr or urgent care, wait to see someone and then drive back. Didn’t miss work time - and Dr. Was very helpful

Dr Jermaine was fast and efficient and truly took my issues seriously. She made me feel safe and comfortable knowing a doctor was there to give me advice and treatment about my sickness. Thank you so much . It was convenient and quick!
I could not get a sick appointment with my primary care Dr for over a week. I set up a video consult with Dialcare, and was connected to a Dr in less than a few minutes.

When I initially had issues reaching my provider, I called the customer service number. The rep was so pleasant to speak with. She showed that she wanted to assist me in ensuring I have a great experience with this company. I don't remember the exact date of this experience but it was a most wonderful experience.

I was very happy with the service I received. The physician called me back quickly and listened carefully to my symptoms. I was prescribed the needed Rx and was able to pick it up right away. The call saved me from having to go to urgent care and spend time and money unnecessarily.

Our first time using this service and though the 2 people I spoke with, customer service and the doctor, in the end, it fell short with a misdiagnosis. Long story short, our baby has a severe rash with bumps all over his body with low grade fever. With the appointment being over the phone, there's no way for the doctor to throughly access our baby, or any patient, and diagnosed him with what he thought it was. The next day we brought him in for a 2nd opinion (DialCare call was on a Sunday) and found that he really has a very severe case of hand/foot/mouth. The intentions were good, the service was good but the execution just missed the mark. So not an overall terrible experience since the meds he prescribed still helped ease some things but it certainly didn't start helping the process stop. I'm not sure if DC has a video option but I'd be willing to pay a fee for 24/7 video telehealth when needed. We'll use this service in the future when needed but we'll probably wait till the next working day to bring in our kiddos for physical assessments when needed.
