Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles, I depend on those buses as my daily commute to work. Timetable is non existent to them...they literally turn up when they want, and then suddenly 2 buses turn up after being 20mins late.
Completely unreliable service if you can even call it a service. If they turn up once a week on time it's a miracle, same as west midlands railway, they should get together and make a company that runs a ghost service. It really can ruin your evening when coming back home from work. It's just beyond me, I understand some lateness but literally timetable is non existent for them.
There might as well not be one. Never seen anything like it before. If you have to depend on them I wouldn't. Single fares are expensive and go up every few months.
Wish I had drivers licence so i wouldn't have to rely on this absolute shxit show!!!

Disgraceful

So... you pretend that you don't hear the bell on the bus to stop in a rural village. You refuse to let me off . You let me off at the next official stop 2 miles away in the next village and shrug your shoulders.. pissing down of rain and walk on unsafe roads back. What an arse hole

A terrible bus company

A terrible bus company, there's only about 3 drivers in the whole of east Staffs who actually care about customer service and I can't see them sticking around. They aren't able to staff their routes, buses don't turn up or come at random times. The timetable, screens and actual buses never correspond.
I queried a payment in July 24 and haven't heard back by Jan 25. my bank has refunded me but they could take it back any time, so effectively they are holding onto my money. Shutting the whole company down would be more useful than they are now.

avoid like the plague if your disabled.

where i live, diamond is the only bus company. I got on the bus not 2 hours ago with no issues. trying to get home i’ve been told im not allowed on as i use a (class 2) mobility scooters. (for context- i have a disability that means i can no longer walk) i think its utterly disgusting that this company has decided that no mobility scooters are allowed on their service, even if they do meet the CPT code for mobility scooters on public transport. As a 21 year old girl, alone in the cold, dark and rain, I rang the customer service line as I was (as i’m sure you’ll agree) understandably upset as this has left me with no way home. The man I spoke to was very understanding and who kindly shared that he himself is also disabled, and I cannot fault him at all, he spoke to the CEO who has doubled down. Simon Dunn, I hope you are ashamed of yourself. I will be calling the HR department tomorrow to speak with Simon and make another complaint for this blatant violation of Equality rights.

It's a disgrace to other people to vape…

It's a disgrace to other people to vape on the bus. It says on their website that it's prohibited, but no actions taken!! It doesn't even have a clear sign for no vaping on the bus! Why me and everyone else have to breath in those chemicals?!! They don't even care about kids! I will not leave it like that!

DO NOT USE

Absolutely horrible. No communication to late buses and reasons, always with an excuse, when all the time the excuse is absolute rubbish.

Always late, have to book an appointment 2 hours later than I wanted to just to be safe with the buses.

Drives are rude and horrible most of the time and too expensive and unreliable.

Would not recommend. Half the time, it's faster walking, anywhere.

DO NOT USE!

Number 9 to Ashby didn't turn up!

Yet again this morning, the 7am number 9 from Burton to Ashby failed to turn up at Swad bus park. Whoever the driver is on a Wednesday morning must have better things to do than complete his route because this has happened several times now on Wednesday mornings. Luckily, I hopped onto the 29A Arriva so that I wasn't too late for work.

Not Reliable whatsoever

Absolutely no consistency with when the bus that takes me home from school will arrive, and very often doesn’t come at all. Bearing in mind I rely on it to get home, as my parents are both working long after I am supposed to get home, it is terrible. My sister has given up getting it at all, so that shows how unreliable it is. Bus Drivers are rude and terrible at their jobs, and one has even crashed into a fence trying to turn around. This company is terrible, DO NOT USE DIAMOND BUSES!

Last month I was traveling through…

Last month I was traveling through Worcester on the way to Kidderminster. I saw that the 303 bus from Worcester to Kidderminster was still in the bay but the only way I would catch it was to run across the bus area, I know one should not do this but I took care. The bus driver saw me coming from behind between the bus and the rails and started to drive the bus closer to the rails. Pressing me between the bus and the railings, an absolute criminal act. Then after tapping on the window to get the bus to stop, the driver gets out and starts screaming like some deranged maniac get to the back of the bus, blocking my way to safely get on the pedestrian area.
I complained to Diamond bus because I knew there was a video of the event. I contacted the supervisor the manager of Kidderminster and the area manager and received contradicting replies. They more or less interpreted the video to suit the protection of the driver. Put shortly, they believed a minor wrong which I admit I had committed by running across the bus area, indicates that the driver can behave as criminal and without care for the safety of that passenger and it is accepted that the driver screams like a madman in such circumstances. To be honest I do not think they even spoke to the driver. All in all from the driver to the administration a really bad company

Heartless drivers!

I have a mobility problem and was rushing as fast as I could to get to the bus.Driver clearly saw (and heard!) me alongside the window trying to get on.I was a few feet from the door and he closed the door and drove off.
Utter bar-stool.This is why people don’t bother with buses anymore.
