A positive comment

Looking at all the negative comments, I would like to post a positive. I was on the 555 from Heathrow today (3/01/24), it broke down in Ashford.
The driver kept us informed and dealt with the situation very well indeed, thank you Jonathon.

Bus tracker jumped a distance of around…

Bus tracker jumped a distance of around 2.5 miles causing me to miss the bus.
The tracker showed the bus stationary on station hill kidderminster, Then it disappeared, I immediately went out of my house, Only to see it leaving the stop.
What the hell is going on, Previously the driver has sold me day tickets for the wrong area & refused a refund. "Contact customer service by email" Sent picture of wrong ticket & picture of correct ticket issued immediately after, Complete with debit card info for a refund.

No refund has been issued by diamond bus customer service.

The government want people to use public transport yet these Dirty, unreliable, worn out heaps of junk with some drivers who don't deserve a job, Encourage not to!

The worst bus provider in the world

The worst bus provider in the world. May as well hitchhike

Drivers are not very educated, slow and extremely rude. You will most likely get wiplash as they cant even control their brakes 😂😂😂. The head office is even worse, no phone operating skills at all.

Very shambles. Most unreliable transport provider in the uk

My 2 year old nephew can drive better on the bus somulator game. Maybe something you should buy for your drivers.... got to start with the basics

An absolute DISGRACE

An absolute DISGRACE. I go to school meaning I have fixed times and already it comes quite late but it still works but today IT DIDNT EVEN COME I didn’t miss it as I was there way before it was supposed to arrive but it doesn’t come. Disgraceful service like come on. L A15 bus. Screw you

At least the morning bus did turn up on…

At least the morning bus did turn up on time, even if it did take an absolute eternity to get to its destination.

Coming home though was far worse.

15.10 bus didn't turn up. 15.40 bus was 15 minutes late. A 1hr 5 minute journey took an hour and a half. So by the time I got home it was over an hour later than it should have been. If that'd been a train journey I'd have been given my money back. But this lot didn't even offer an explanation never mind an apology.

Never again.

I was going to take the bus 50 from…

I was going to take the bus 50 from city centre to Moseley but when I came and went on the diamond bus the lady bus driver was having none of it. It was around 15pm. Since the buses have joined the nbus scheme there shouldn't be any problems to jump on that bus. I have taken the diamond bus for around 2 months now without a problem. Maybe some of your staff doesn't now about the nbus scheme but I don't what to have this embarrassment one more time, thank you.

X50 always from Piccadilly gardens is an absolute shambolic state they cannot stick to a basic timetable. A month ago they crashed a bus in Manchester through a shop window and killed a lady. These dhickheads need to loose the contract. Alot of people can agree

I am getting sick of writing these now

I am getting sick of writing these now. If I could give a lower rating I would. Once again waiting for the 150 service and it didn't turn up I as waiting an hour and had to pay for a Taxi AGAIN!! And don't bother complaining that don't care.

Bad service

I unfortunately have to depend on the 150 to get to and from work this service and bus company are the worst they are very rarely on time.
Today for instance I was waiting for the 06.29am in Longsight it arrived 10mins late and was told by the driver he couldnt continue with the journey he has a problem!!didn't say what.
I had to get a cab to work.
On my way home this afternoon the 14.02pm from fallowfield never arrived I have been stood in the rain until the next bus arrived 10mins late ,apparently the earlier one broke down 2 in one day!!!do they not maintain these tiny single dockers.
This isn't a one off ,this company is so unreliable they just take buses off without putting it on there website so what's the point of encouraging you to download it.If I could give this company a lower score I would.Has I am typing the driver is arguing with a frustrated passenger,this journey is a nightmare.

Absolutely ridiculous!

Absolutely ridiculous!! They don't even deserve 1 star! Diamond have well and truly messed up Redditch's bus system.

What kind of a service starts at the hospital from town and then just goes back to town to then head to Bromsgrove!

Driver was unable to explain this to her when she asked, he gets off the bus to use his phone which made the bus late leaving the hospital going back to town and is even still on his phone whilst driving!

It literally makes no sense and has made my friend miss another bus that would've gotten her to the destination she needed to get to by now! The old 143 service simply went up Bromsgrove Road via Webheath and then to Bromsgrove...

There are only 2 buses on 524 route

There are only 2 buses by looks on it on the 524 route between Bury and Bolton again. This bus contractor needs getting rid of. Most buses are not on the tracker today. Diamond are a complete joke. They need to get someone who is reliable. I thought all bus routes were going to be wonderful as from this month according to Andy Burnham. Tried to email him and guess what, you can't do it. Stood for three quarters of an hour an still one didn't come. at least if they put it on the tracker people would know to get a taxi.

arrived at station 17:05 , 2 or 3 people waiting .

watching the screens with times ...
17:15 expected ON TIME
17:15 ..nope
17:30 expected ON TIME
17:30 .. nope
17:45 left the station , bus packed like sardines, had to miss a few stops .
Arrived in Leigh 18:35
95 mins to get home

Absolutely unreliable

Absolutely unreliable. Don’t even try to get this bus regularly if you have to be on time anywhere. Fair enough if there’s traffic and it’s late but they’re late all the time regardless. On top of this, you’d be lucky if it even shows up. For example I get the 7:38 in the morning and i usually just have to get the 7:58, making me late every day. So, if you have any other choice take it, even walking 2 hours…
