These people are amazing! Len was super friendly and always courteous. Len gave extensive detail in everything they will do with a breakdown of the quote before you even pay! My bath had loads of horrible chips and bodged repairs from the previous owner, the employee Sharra did an amazing job and she left the bathroom tidier than she found it! The bath looks brand new and even if you do inspect it with a investigator eye you can not tell it has had work done to it! Can't recommend these people enough. It is worth every penny. Going to recommend to all my family and friends!

The two cleaners turned up at the time we'd agreed and procedded to do a thorough clean of my flat. They were quick and efficient, and unfailingly polite throughout. At the end, my flat sparkled. Highly recommended.

Sharra did an amazing job fixing my sink which was cracked / chipped in several places. Very happy with the results - you can't see any trace of where the damage was. Would 100% recommend.

I had a chip out of the edge of my kitchen worktop (quartz black with mirror pieces). Diamond Gleam have repaired it so you wouldn’t know where the chip was. Absolutely amazing. The service was professional, no mess left behind, and Sharra was very knowledgable about what needed to be done. Can’t fault them at all. I would definitely use them again if needed

We had a chip in our ceramic sink, contacted Diamond Gleam for a repair and Len quickly organized a repair on our sink and at a competitive quote. On the day of repair Sharrra arrived and she repaired our sink and we were delighted with the result. I wish I could show a before and after picture to show the repair. We have had a great experience with Diamond Gleam and wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future should we require them. Very happy indeed.

Well, what a surprise this experience was!From the initial email/ phonecall from Len to the technician Simon carrying out the work I have nothing but praise. Simon was so knowledgeable about enamel baths and was happy to share his knowledge with us and make recommendations regarding care.Simon was a tidy worker and took great care with protecting the fixtures which couldn't be moved.My bath has never looked so good...no more chips and discolouration...it looks brand new!

An excellent job. The workman was punctual with enough time to prepare himself and the environment to work. He wa pleasant and helpful regarding the procedure he was about to do. The job was finished on time and he tidied up the environment once the job was done. The bath looks brand new and i was given information on how to care for it after use. Thanks to the Diamond team for their outstanding support and service from beginningto the end.

Just by chance found Diamond Gleam on google as had a tiler at a bathroom job and he chipped the bath in 8 places. The clients were moving back in the next day, and we were desperate to get someone to repair the chips that day.
I phoned Len (mobile number) who was very charming, polite and professional. He said he could help and could send someone the same day. Len rang me back a couple of times to keep me informed.
Simon arrived a couple of hours later - OH MY GOD the results! He did an amazing job! He was very professional and we will never use anyone else in the future!

I chose this company because it was advertised as a family run company going on for over 35 years and I wanted to support our local small companies especially through the pandemic. I also read the glowing reviews and I went ahead and booked for them to sort out what was around 1 cm small little scratches on the granite surface. They sent over a junior which I did not realise had only been doing this for couple of months alone. Fortunately I sat and was there to see everything that she tried to do. To cut a long story short she clearly was inexperienced. SHE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN SENT ALONE UNSUPERVISED. Towards the end as I saw that what had originally was a 1 cm scratch she had made it around 20cm area, I had to stop her and tell her outright that what she had done had actually made it worse to which she agreed. I WAS STUNNED. She then went outside to call whom I can only assume was Ian Milton which looks like he is the Business Manager on LinkedIn profile. I could hear her saying "no, she was there throughout". Clearly they were trying to get away from accepting the fact that they had ruined my counter top! She left apologising for ruining the granite and a couple of hours later Ian turned up asked me to leave the room as he tried to resolve the what was now damaged area of 20cm which I refused.I wanted to be there and watch exactly what was going on and what he would do. After around half an hour of trying to rectify the original technician's mistake he admitted that he could not do anything. When I asked him regarding insurance as they had clearly ruined my counter top!!! He said that their insurance would not cover this type of thing. They may be good at enamel repair, when it comes to granite, simple one word - NO! If there was an option of giving them no stars, I sadly would!. I am now having to face the fact that I may well have to replace all of the granite due to their fault.

My bath is the original from when the flat was built in the 1950’s. And, it had already been re-enamelled at some point in the distant past. The end result was all I’d hoped for and more. Simon went above and beyond and did an amazing job. Worth every penny! Not to mention a lot more cost-effective and considerably less stressful than having the old bath taken out and a new one put in. Would not hesitate to recommend. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Contacted diamond gleam regarding my bath and shower panel. Len arranged the technician Simon to come along and have a look. Turned up on time. Was given a price. Which was very reasonable.
The following week the job was done.
Simon was a great guy. Went above and beyond.
Now I have a new looking bath and shower.
Very happy with the work.

Great result, repairing some chips in a shower tray, apparently due to damage in transit or installation, which were unsightly and spoiling the appearance. Now looks like new again. The company was quick, professional and easy to deal with.

Great.. all I can say is great. I tried to fix it myself and screwed it up. They came in and not only did an excellent job but they completely made my 'repair' disappear. Bravo!

I am delighted with the re-enamelling of our 90+ years old roll top bath. It looks beautiful. Simon worked tirelessly all day to achieve a perfect finish.

Len sent me a fully explanatory email regarding the re-enamelling of my bath. Simon arrived punctually and did a brilliant job stripping it right back and making it look like new. Lovely young man too. I cannot recommend Diamondgleam highly enough. I have had my bath re-enamelled three times in the 41 years I have lived in the house and this is the best job I have ever had.

Had my bath resurfaced yesterday by Simon from Diamond Gleam after consultation with Len. Amazing, first class work. My bath looks like new with no disruption to any of the surrounding fittings. Great workmanship and lovely guy. Can highly recommend.
