They didn't deliver and cancelled the order.
Ordered a necklace 2 months before the event. They cancelled the order 4 days before, leaving us no options to find another one, Never again!!!

At Diamonds Factory we pride ourselves on offering the highest level of customer service, unfortunately on this occasion we’ve fallen below our usually high standards.
Your order was crafted at our workshop and on track for your designated date. Unfortunately due to an error with our production department the measurements for your selected diamond were not drafted for the mount correctly causing the central stone to not sit accurately in the design. This was due to a new diamond being purchased and the measurements not updated on our system.
Our workshop were notified to immediately re-craft your item to make your designated date. As soon as we were alerted to this we did notify you which of course caused disappointment to yourself which we profoundly apologise for.
This is an error that has been escalated to our workshop management who are aware of the importance of confirming diamond measurements before creation.
I am pleased to hear you managed to locate a new item and once again we apologise for the situation and the way that you feel towards Diamonds Factory. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

My perfect ring
My ring arrived yesterday, and I'm so happy with it. It is a gift from my husband for my 50th birthday and something I have wanted for such a long time. From ordering, throughout there were regular updates so we knew the progress of it being made. Not everywhere does black diamonds and so to find my perfect ring was amazing. Got our money's worth. Once delivery information was communicated and confirmed I was able to prepare to receive the package and there were other options to get the package even if I missed the delivery. Security was important to avoid theft. Nice job
