Kind of confused with the bad reviews because with from my experience it's the opposite , they have kept me informed all the way. I unfortunately ordered a size too big and had to return and they have still kept me in the loop.

Jacket never arrived. Actually, it never appears to have even left the warehouse, having sat there for God knows how long, uncollected by Yodel.
Next time you want to buy from this lot, don't. Just don't.
Trustworthy delivery and good service
Dont know why this side has gotten so many bad reviews. I got my order delivered fast, customer service replied fast and were helpful, when I had questions about the pick up of the package.
4 stars because I haven’t seen how they handle return. But overall a good experience and trustworthy.
Product okay, delivery and customer support stuck in the dark ages
The delivery service is so slow you'd be best advised to travel to Europe yourself and bring the items back by road. They use Yodel which I can't fathom, as the literal worst delivery company on the planet. The despatch gets emailed to you then the items stay uncollected by the courier for about a fortnight then take another fortnight to cross Europe!
I wouldn't mind if I had the choice of carrier and could pay to use a faster service but you don't get the option, and have to make do with the standard shipping. What century are Dickies living in?? If I order Dickies from ASOS I get it next day with a reputable courier!

I would have given them no star at all if it was possible. The products arrived and were far smaller than advertised, I even measured them and they didn't fit the measurements of the description. It has been six months of back and forth with the customer service team attempting to return these products and they have failed countless times to provide me with the return as promised and have not once followed through on the scheduled return pick up dates. Without a doubt the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my life and I have advised everyone I know never to order from them as the products have significantly decreased in quality also and the hassle is not worth it at all.

Shocking Service

On Monday 16th January I placed an order. The goods never arrived. The company admit that the parcel went to the wrong address. They issued me an address that the parcel had apparently been delivered to along with a photo of the property and told me to go retrieve the parcel myself.
I went to the address given and the owner does not have the parcel. Furthermore the picture issued to me does not match the property.
The company are now refusing to refund the goods.

I was fearing the worst when, after ordering , I read the many negative reviews and then saw the dreaded YODEL as courier. In fact everything was exactly to plan. Estimated delivery 2nd Feb… just 7 days after order was met. They tell you that tracking will not commence till Yodel have parcel in UK… this took 5 days then excellent info from Yodel and parcel arrived bang on schedule. As for the product, men’s dungarees large…. they are LARGE !! Plenty of room for me to grow into them but appear well enough made and I expect they will shrink somewhat when washed. So all turned out OK……

Having ordered a rucksack which hadn’t arrived 3 days after the specified delivery date, I tracked my item to see it had been returned to sender stating the recipient had moved. Was told I was getting a refund which I had to ring a further 3 times before I got 1 month late. Stupidly trusted the company and ordered a second one only for exactly the same thing to happen. Received another phonecall two days ago saying although the refund had been requested for that item, it hadn’t actually been processed., That refund arrived this morning, minus 15 per cent, which I had been given as an apology. In short, received no product from the company despite them having £40 of my money for 3 weeks, and £20 for 5 weeks. Had to make at least 6 phone calls to get the money back.

Shocking. No reputable company would send their items via Yodel, so that says all you need to know.
I was assured my item would be delivered the next day, and then the item spent 3 days sat at the depot and my delivery date became 'unavailable'. 10 days after i placed my order, and after chasing Yodel for 3 days, I sent an email to Dickies (which was unanswered) and then realised I could also ring, so did. The lady was v snappy and unhelpful. She had no solution to our problem so I eventually just requested for my parcel to be cancelled. Luckily, it was and I await a refund (which can take 10 working days.) I now have no gifts for family members, 2 days before Christmas, which is just fantastic.
Don't bother ordering....
Don't bother, customer service is terrible. Ordered Christmas presents mid December (order #200583779), turns out the are coming from mainland Europe and not the UK, but stated would arrive on the 21st. Today, 22nd December, I get a notification to say the delivery would not arrive until the 28th December. Perfect! Customer services via chat didn't care at all. It does not state when you order that delivery would be protracted and come from outside of the country, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Now this close to Christmas it is too late for me to get a replacement delivered in time. So someone isn't getting their Christmas present. Thanks Dickies!!!!!

I am unable to return a shirt due to all the collection points refusing parcels currently. I have tried everywhere in a 5 mile radius and now refuse to drive around anymore.
Absolutely useless. A brand I used to buy and trust for quality, but from now on I’ll be avoiding.

I've just brought pairs of dickies work trousers new in packet 38s they are ridiculous they are like put a tent on the legs are so wide and im a 29 leg but these are longer than regular more like a long . Will say from now on im sticking to site workwear. I threw my dickies in the bin there was no way i was going to wear them and look like a pussing clown .
Poor quality fast fashion
I purchased a pair of Dickies pants less than a year ago. One of the side pockets started to fray recently, eventually to a big hole. I'm very disappointed as Dickies used to pride themselves for making durable workwear. Contacted customer services and they refused to offer any repair or replacement, nor honour their own 2-year guarantee, due to it being "wear and tear" instead of admitting that it was made of poor materials. CS stopped replying when I asked to exercise my statutory rights. Sadly another clothing brand had decided to go down the path of fast fashion.

Still zero response. Completely missing item, zero way of getting hold of customer service to rectify and scared of now being out of pocket for a significant amount with no items. Bought three shirts; first they arrived a week late, next there is a 6"+ chest size discrepancy between the largest and smallest of them despite a nominally identical size... and I know exactly which size used to fit when this was a trustworthy brand for quality workwear.
Now I start the nightmare tedium of returns.

Delivery ETA has been and gone. Looking at tracking it's been booked with Yodel(they are just as bad) according to tracking advice. I have emailed them twice asking for an update.... nothing! I don't doubt this will be my last time buying from this company!!!

Manufacturing faults!!!!
To start with I have been a life long dickies client and have rated them very highly, they are the only shorts I wear and also the only trousers when I do where trousers.
I've pretty much lived in dickies 13 Inch Multi Pocket Work Shorts for ever and never had a problem...BUT...
...the last 2 order of shorts I received the stitching had blown out of the waste band, which could be from skating but never happened to me before. That I can deal with, as was a very old pair of shorts but I just ordered 2 new pairs a black and tan pair at the cost of £50 each. These have both since failed as the hook and bar clasp has come off ON BOTH PAIRS!
I contacted customer services to ask them to replace/refund as its clearly a manufacturing fault,(the clasps are different to my old shorts and are clearly of a cheeper material and manufacturing process) they agreed it was a fault and refunded 1 pair (£50) as they don't have any in stock to replace the faulty product. As you can imagine I was very shocked when they refused to refund the second pair and then said it was not a fault, but the first pair which was refunded was a manufacturing fault (SAME ISSUE). I reported them at the same time as they broke with in a few days of each other.
I am still trying to get my refund for the faulty shorts which is proving very difficult due to the herendois customer service, I've had copy and pasted email reply sent another have now just stopped replying to emails.
Will be taking this further!
Despite what some others say, I can't fault them!
I placed an order for three pairs of work trousers so I could compare fits and styles. After a week and the delivery date having passed I wrote to their customer services and had a reply within the hour, promising to chase it and continue to monitor. Another hour and another email saying that the delivery has possibly not been updated and it was on the way. The following morning, an email from the courier to say it would be delivered that day, today. Before it arrived I had yet another email with a credit memo. Dickies had continued to monitor the progress and as the delivery was a day later than stated originally they were issuing a part refund! That plus the fact that the trousers I ordered are all fantastic puts them at 5* as far as I'm concerned and I'll happily recommend them to anyone else who'll listen.
