No problems what so ever

ordered there twice, both times I got what i paid for and it took less time then what they said the shipping ill take. Quality and fit are great.

Wrong order received, returns policy doesn't work!!!!

Ordered a yellow jumper on the 12th December, but because their warehouse is in continental Europe it got caught up in customs and didn't arrive until the 29th December. Tried to use the online returns form but it doesn't work AT ALL... after filling in the returns form the 'submit' button doesn't light up. I will call their customer services team tomorrow but last time I called i was on hold for half an hour...

They also used yodel as a courier, who are well regarded as one of the worst couriers out there. Dickies clothes look nice but pretty much every aspect of the online store is flawed. I would buy their products in an actual shop in person instead.

*SOLVED* Horrible Returns Policy

EDIT: I have been refunded. Phoned customer service and it was disputed in under 10 minutes by the good customer service assistant Miguel. I'm very glad it was resolved but i'm leaving it at 4/5 as they had actually received my return but there was no update or anything. I also had to call to get my refund.

Issue:
Ordered a pair of jeans. Fine no issues, they're just too big. I can return them...right? Filled in the return form and the guy picked it up the next day - great service..!

So that was almost a month ago. No confirmation, no response, nothing. Has it been lost? Have they received it? What's going on? At £55 if they still haven't returned it it's outright robbery and lies as their website claims to do free returns. Really disappointed since I thought Dickies was a trusted brand.

I have been attempting to return a coat…

I have been attempting to return a coat with no one responding on how to do it so it's been a nightmare and the £18 socks that I ordered and paid for simply never were delivered and they won't comment on what has occurred. This is very poor for the premium price and the premium brand they are looking to achieve.

Had an absolutely useless response

Had an absolutely useless response from them when my parcel was lost.
They lacked response when I was emailing to find out what to do about the lost parcel. I rang and the call handler was actually helpful during the call but then stopped responding when we were trying to get a response from the delivery company.
I rang back about a week later and the girl I spoke with was again helpful again and apologised about the lack of response for a second time, she offered a full refund and said if I wanted to reorder the product she would get me a discount. I accepted this but haven’t had a response about the refund (a week ago now) and haven’t received the discount email too. I’m on hold again to them now, usually a 20 minute wait on an 0800 number. I’m also quite polite with them so no idea why they being so useless.

Wish I could give less

Wish I could give less, their returns system is broken and i've been trying to do a return since the 4th of August. I have sat on hold for over three hours, made over 20 calls, 6 emails, filled in 2 of their online forms , 3 on messenger 2 on Instagram. I finally got through to someone on the 26th who agreed to send me a return label via email as their system wasn't working and then didn't send it. So I am sat on hold again now waiting, currently on hold again at 12 minutes. I wouldn't shop with them again and I would really advise that you don't, if anything needs returning they do anything to stop you.

Tracking was broken and order was late

The tracking on the order was broken. And the order was late. I called the helpline and the person basically laughed in my face when I told them the order was late. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Honestly the worst company I've ever…

Honestly the worst company I've ever used. I've never left a bad review for anything but these guys are shocking. Next day delivery took 5 days and I needed as it for a specific purpose so was made redundant. Tried calling them on several different days and the only time I've got throught after around 6 attempts the guy who answered hung up on me. If you have to pay a bit more somewhere else do it! Also their returns page is convenientley not working. Don't worry thought the purchasing side us great. These awful people aren't worth it.

How do I Return??

Ordered wrong size, my fault. Ordered correct size and trying to return the 1st order. Return option not showing on the order summary. Have tried unsuccessfully to contact by phone and the Contact us form on their site. Phoneline has been busy since they opened and was cut off after 18 minutes several times. The contact us form has the submit button greyed out. How can you be contacted? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

The Question Is if I didn't contact…

The Question Is if I didn't contact Dickies how long would it have been before they contacted me?

My original order was placed on the 19th of JUNE still no exchange sent.

took over a week for my original order to arrive, t-shirts far too small (got loads of dickies tshirts at xxl and they are baggy, but the ones I ordered look like they are sprayed on maybe size Large in comparison to my XXL t-shirt I have) so sent back and arrived at dickies on the 3rd July, found this info out by checking the tracking code.

10 days later with no response from dickies, not even a conformation email telling me they have arrived, thought I better email them (13th July).

They informed me my stuff I wanted was now out of stock, I check the website which was still displaying my stuff as in stock so I emailed them back to say this and the Customer service realise it was an error (checking the wrong size) and they do have my size in stock and the last thing I receive in a email is; "I have now keyed your exchange order to be dispatched from the warehouse ASAP via a Royal Mail delivery service. You will receive tracking information as soon as this is dispatched." - 14th July.

Now the 16th July (4 weeks after my original order) and still no dispatched/tracking number email sent.

This as defiantly damaged the Dickes band to me, all my workwear is dickies and most of my casual wear is dickies but can't support a company who are this bad.

Sort of wish I never used there website now so I wouldn't see this side of Dickies.

I want to blame this outcome on covid, but just looking at the 3 trustpilot all for the same company, this seems to have been going on for years.

this is defiantly BAD MANAGEMENT at lease in the UK side of Dickies.

Dickies need to learn a thing or two from themselves;

giving out sound advise but not following through on it themselves. (im not a difficult customer I've waited 4 weeks to post this review)

I'm left wondering If my t-shirts will ever turn up.

So I waited another week, no dispatch, so I send another email and I received this yesterday.

"Good morning,

Thankyou for your email.

I can see that this is due to be dispatched from the warehouse today. You will receive tracking information once this has been processed."

.....so no tracking info.

Please never buy anything from dickies life (UK) . I ordered a Fairdale Carpenter pant from Dickies Life co uk, for 52 pounds on 30th APRIL . After 30 minutes I realized that I ordered wrong pants so I wanted to cancel it. I sent them an email to cancel my order (After 30 minutes). They didn't answer me for 6-7 hours so I called them and they told me it's impossible to cancel it. They said I need to wait for my parcel then I need to go to the post office to send it back. I told them I didn't wanted to go to the post office due to coronavirus. Finally after 3-4 days they said they are going to send my parcel and they are going to talk with the postman to bring the parcel back to them. It's been 15 days and I'm still waiting for my refund. Normally, I was going to cancel my order and then I was going to order new pants but I'm never going to buy anything from there again. Still waiting for my refund.

Awful returns

Terrible returns policy.

My return wouldn’t go through on the website and they emailed a code to return.... then when I did return they refunded the amount I had placed on a separate order. Which was £21 less than I was owed.
Customer service said they’d refund the money. They haven’t and are no longer responding to my emails despite owing me money!!

Bought a shirt and it werent for me so…

Bought a shirt and it werent for me so i sent it back and apart from a few little hicups trying to get hold of them in all fairness i got a full refund so fairplay they couldnt do much more. Its just good to know you will get a refund if something is not quite right which can happen when buying online, thanks.

Please don't order at dickieslife.com (Austria). No customer service, no delivery. Here's my story: I received a shipping info, but the UPS tracking status didn't change the following days. So I tried to contact the customer service of dickieslife. First via the contact form on the website - no reply. Then I tried to call the phone number you can find on the website for customers. The number doesn't exist. I also sent a mail to the e-mail address you can find on the website. I received a non-delivery-info back from my e-mail provider. So I contacted UPS to ask what's the problem. They informed me that dickieslife created the label, but did not hand over any parcel to ship. So I had to cancel my transaction via VISA.

Terrible customer service

Ordered a top for my daughter for Christmas, chose pick up point for delivery but wasn't told where this pick up point would be.

5 days later order still hadn't shipped and then this morning I got an email saying my payment had been refunded and order cancelled with no explanation.
Do not buy from here, they're useless!

I returned a pair of trousers and got a…

I returned a pair of trousers and got a prompt credit memo back. I waited 2 weeks for my refund but it never arrived. Customer service quickly responded to my emails, claiming that they have made the refund.

I have since raised this up with my bank, who are now trying to claw the money back.

There are others here who have had trouble getting a refund, so be warned.

UPDATE -------------
I have since received my refund. 6 weeks after receiving the credit memo.

horrid customer service

Ok I ordered some trousers for a wedding a week ago and still haven’t got any information in regards to the whereabouts of my package I have contacted the company that we are supposed to be delivering my package and they said they haven’t received it from dickies life and that’s why they haven’t been able to update it ..... on dickies life’s website they say that all orders will be delivered in 2-3 days we’ll 5 days later ... I am really irritated about it as I was Relying on the companies promise due to the importance of the events ! I am just disappointed oh yeah and also you guys need to sort out your website i can’t find any contact information on it apart from a email on the invoice of the product That doesn’t bloody work rubbish customer service never using it again .

DONT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU EVER WANT A REFUND

Update* still no refund, received contact from customer services who are now telling me to “check with my bank” as if it’s my banks fault even though I’ve had no problem with refunds from other retailer.

I returned £100 worth of clothes. Received an email that was a £100 credit note. Contacted customer services and they told me the refund had been processed and would be a matter of days....that was over 3 weeks ago and I’ve received no replies to my further contact. How a brand this big can be so bad at basic customer service operations is staggering.
If you see something made by Dickies you like, don’t buy it from their website.
